Grains:

Whole wheat bread

Fruits:

Mangoes, Watermelon, Grapes

Vegetables

Lettuce, Carrots, Potatoes

Meat

Beef, and I think Tofu and Eggs are in this group too...

Also, on a side note, I had this really good delicacy in China, it was some form of unknown meat, and I was told to eat it as quickly as possible, cause it's illegal to eat it anywhere in the world. Guess what it was? I was told (the minute I walked back into the hotel room), that the dish contained tiger meat. I'm a huge tiger person, so I threw up at once. However, albeit disgusting, it actually tasted pretty good, until you find out what it is...

Dairy

Cheese

Sweets

Ice Cream, Chocolates.
