Third Navigator Posted October 27, 2023 I strarted this project 4 months ago, at that time it was remake version of the SES. By October my ship had her own shape and I found that she had too high freeboard. So now I am going to give her to armada soldiers, HER COLOR FIGURATION BECAME REAL PROBLEM. Sebeus I Posted October 27, 2023 i think you just need to decide what you are going for I think. If you're going for an Armada themed ship, as in the lower picture, I would suggest to replace the dual coloured hull by one of single colour. Later, There will be at least 3 masts, 6 turrets like silent mary. I think the cylinders will reduce the awkwardness created by the absence of gunport in bow and quarter. + There are also sailors ready to be on board. Third Navigator Posted January 27 I focused on filling in empty spaces of my ship. problems about mast and rigging, and fixing freeboard were completly solved, now i am looking at next goals: bow, forecastle, and her overall shape. The projection from stern may seem a little unnatural.. I fixed main mast there. after that, there will be two mast with triangle sails. Additionally, I recently found out about the column in ship was also used as toilet, not only turret. unfortunately there is no toilet, sad things. about new problem: ship's shape. I overstratched stern. Nevertheles, If I do not lower the height of angled freeboard, I think there will be a problem with the ratio. Third Navigator Posted February 15 Finally designing of this digital-ship compelete! In details of her interior and exterior, There has been inspiration from many of MOCs that have been posted on EB. fabric flags and custom sails for her are already in stand by. Oh You touched one of her weakness in reality side lol, Those 2 columns in midship are just decoration.
