Watching the creature charge forward, Enson calms his spirit briefly in a moment of meditation. Aysu looks to fire a shot off, but finds the cephalopod just out of her range. Wollipog releases a distracting spell, surprised by the sudden appearance of a rival octopus the mosnter screechs and makes ready to slam into the illusion.

Opening his eyes, Enson examined the scene before him. Then, calmly, he lifted his Plasma Falchion and activated it, holding the hissing torch in a two-handed stance. With a sudden, fluid grace he darted towards one of the lashing tendrils and brought the sword down in an arcing swing.

Enson will move to A8 and attack Tentacle C.

Wollipog will attempt a repeat performance of the cast-Revealing-Light-on-the enemy's-eyeballs trick vs. the Landsquid.

Jonk rushes into the West Vault to find pandemonium having broken out, two Giant cephalopods crowd the hallway as his fellow heroes fire off blasters and slash with their weapons at the giant beast. Wollipog attempts to blind the creature, but the waving tentacles block most of the frog's magic. Enson is slapped to one side by a tentacle and retaliates with a viscous slash nearly chopping the squid's appendage in half. Aysu fires off shot after shot into another tentacle pockmarking it with blaster marks.

Wollipog strides forward in his new mech and deals a solid blow to one of the tentacles as Jonk's encouragements bolster him onward. Enson, finding himself stuck in place by the giant suction cups on the squid's tentacles, utters a quick prayer of healing patching up a few of his cuts and bruises. Across the hall, Aysu struggles to break free but is unable to muscle her way past the cephalopod's giant appendages. As tentacles swing wildly around the hallway both Wollipog and Aysu are battered about as another crashes into a containment unit setting an angry Frost Hawk free. The hawk attempts to stab at the octopus to no avail as the monstrosity chomps through Wollipog's illusion, no longer captivated by the phony rival squid.

Jonk crunches down on the adrenaline inducing compound as the world seems to slow. With tremendous speed, the Celestial unleashes a flurry of blaster fire on one of the Landsquid's appendages tearing it to shreds. The familiar plunge in his sense drops Jonk into an almost catatonic state as his allies rally beside him fending off the tentacles. Wollipog and Aysu struggle to land solid blows, but Enson slices and dices, his plasma falchion cutting through the calamari's flesh like butter. The beast roars in pain and manages to smash Wollipog and the newly arrived Frost Hawk, but the chaos continues as an Enchidirus escapes from its nearby pod and joins the fray!
