Like what I have said in the other thread, a neck attachment similar to Blue Beetle could work. I really love the design I can see a new mold for that / worst case scenario being it a brick built / Hand cannon like Cyborg.

I love the look of that mold, and was trying to think of any characters I could use it in a purist custom of, but completely overlooked that it'd work for Killmonger. Would love a custom mold for him, but that mold would work pretty well!

A new black panther trailer has been realeased. There is a lot of stuff I could see them including in sets. 2 ships, the golden black panther or jaguar suit, the car chase. It’s going to be interesting to see which sets they make from this

I have set ideas based on the trailer

set one: it’s a play set based on klaw’s interigation. It includes a exploding function wall. It comes with black panther unmasked, klaw, killmonger with one of the new ninjago mask mold, and Everette Ross (40$)

set 2: the ship that has appeared in both trailers with Shuri (black panther’s sister flying it, black panther with his energized suit, killmonger again this time in his suit (its called the golden jaguar I think) and maybe a goon or two (60$)

I agree that the biggest set will probably have the ship from the trailers. (The one that looks like the circular ship from the $50 Ragnarok set).

I'm not sure if Killmonger will warrant a mask because it doesn't seem like it will appear all that much. We will probably just get his Golden Jaguar armor instead.

Lego will probably take cues from the Ragnarok sets and have the main villain (Killmonger as of now) in the smallest set like they did this year with Hela, and then the remaining baddies (Klaw and Man-Ape) in the second. Although, in a perfect world Klaw and Killmonger will both come in the smallest set so maybe it will be like the Homecoming Vulture set in that regard.

Based on that leaked catalogue photo from a couple of months ago, the Black Panther sets look to be $20 and $30. Also what post of Mario’s did you see the statement about Killmonger?

I think that ship that’s been in both trailers is a definite. I just hope there’s room for more than one minifigure, unlike the ship from the Thor set. The car chase scene sounds like a nice idea for the second set. I doubt but hope we can get Killmonger, Klaue, and Man-Ape. I’m thinking probably only the first two. Either way can’t wait to see official pictures of these sets!

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of us getting two Killmonger figs- one in the Panther/Jaguar suit and one in the street level garb

Personally the street hiphop style is nice, but I would prefer to get the Panther/Jaguar suit as their "probably" final battle. Car chase seen is also cool to get Klaueminifig.

Oh man, I hope not. We probably will because it'd be infinitely easier for Lego, but that's so boring to get a sight recolor of the main suit. The mask outfit is way cooler. Hell, even the shitless look with the scar pattern would make for a more interesting minifigure.

Regardless of how the movie turns out (and I'm incredibly psyched, even if they're doing the "villain is an evil duplicate of the hero" thing AGAIN), the art design is so damn strong and so distinctive from everything else we've gotten Lego sets of, I'm going to be disappointed with all the stuff that didn't make it to minifigure form...

Sad but true, it will be easier for lego to do it. And also just change the head printing because he is not golden panther, he's a jaguar after all. lol. 

But yea, the mask version thug is cool, but seriously speaking it will be too good to be true, as someone said 2018 Ninjago helmet is perfect for that civillian Killmonger

IF we even get Klaue. This film has a large cast and as a result there'll be a bunch of omissions in the sets. I assume there'll be a much bigger push for characters of colour, meaning there is less of a chance of getting Everrett Ross or Klaue.

For Civil War and Guardians, we didn't even get Zemo and Ego

That would be very disappointing if we don’t get klaw. But for civil war and guardians I understand why we didn’t get zemo and ego. Zemo didn’t have a big enough part and they wanted it really to be hero’s vs hero’s with the exception of cross bones. For guardians we didn’t get ego because that would be a huge spoiler that the film makers didn’t want revealed. Unless there is a klaw twist or something I would be surprised if we didn’t get him

I'd much rather they save that slot for someone else, and then give us a comics Klaw in a comics inspired set down the line. MCU Klaw is just kinda a dude...

Although they didn't do that for Zemo, who had a similar situation, so who knows...

Klaue is the main villain of the movie. So higher chance of him than every villain in the movie. We didn't get Ego because he was a giant plot twist and spoiler and Zemo because they wanted to do heroes war. But there were plans of including him in Airport Battle previously.

But do we need mcu klaw, zemo and shocker? Just like hyperonion says: they’re just dudes (with shocker looking somewhat like a supervillain). What fun is it to collect just random looking dudes?

But in the end i won’t be surprised if we see a black panther microracer vs comic klaw. With a wacky face, but his comic version and us buying it, but because of the wacky face leaving us not totally satisfied.
