Auroralampinen Posted July 21 Author Posted July 21 Well, i don't follow Monster Jam. And i didn't realize that the Sparkle Smash was a unicorn:). So now we will have more new technic colors:). Quote
Paul B Technic Posted July 21 Posted July 21 As "Monster Jam Grave Digger Fire And Ice" are two different trucks, it will be interesting to see how they "mash" the two together. Fire Ice Monster Jam Sparkle Smash - Colours will be interesting... Quote
msk6003 Posted July 21 Posted July 21 (edited) Sparkle smash will be use purple version of this wheel (include in 76312) and I hope ice digger introduce blue version. Edited July 21 by msk6003 Quote

To be honest I would be surprised if it was all black with stickers. I think that the colour transition is narrow and sudden enough that it's likely they'd only use stickers for the purple portion. The blue and pink are large enough that I'd be surprised if they didn't do those parts with coloured pieces Edited July 21 by Bartybum Quote

Zerobricks Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I for one can't wait to see purple again! And hopefully some pink too <3 Quote
Jundis Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Kind of cool that Lego holds on to the Monster Truck theme, can we maybe hope for a bit of suspension for the 30€? Curious about the other models for 2026, we should get some more info soon :-) Quote

It now looks like such flagship is coming every second year. Hope I am wrong ! But my guts are telling more cars ! Quote
Zerobricks Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Would love to see a large scale monster truck using 8466 - like tires, but that's more suitable for wishlist topic. What's for sure is that we're probably getting a new 1:8 supercar and a 1:5 motorcycle. Quote

I really hope we get some big (not necessarily flagship, but John Deere skidder size) heavy duty sets, as cars are dominating the theme. As I'm writing this, two options might be for such rarity in recent years in heavy duty flagships/big sets: 1. Cars are simpler, more popular and nearly unlimited in amount. If we think about it, the same cannot be said for construction/forest/heavy duty vehicles, because after a while the same basic kinds (combine harvesters, bucket wheel excavators, excavators, front loaders, etc) will be repeated. Cars are much easier to sell even though most of them have similar appearances. They have quite a few brands, models and colours to choose from. 2. If TLG releases non-car flagship in the same year as a 1:8 supercar it will affect one another's sales, novelty and such. This way they can make the interests and options last longer. Just my 2 cents. Edited July 21 by Jockos Quote

Now I do it every second year :) I'am not interested in cars at any scale, but... I am also not interested to buy 2300 parts with simple power box for 430 euros. Too hard to justify. Perhaps time to take a break from purchasing new Lego sets entirely, I don't know... Quote
Auroralampinen Posted July 23 Author Posted July 23 The 42221 is a 60$ nasa set. Interesting to see what functionality it has:). Quote

This year, the price has increased to 27.9$ I would like to see a large remote-controlled Monster Truck with new huge wheels! Quote
