Ngoc Nguyen Posted December 1, 2023 Author Posted December 1, 2023 Is this the first Pullback set with steering? Quote
Jundis Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Yeah, seems like they use the kind of a shopping cart self-stabilizing solution with this connector in black for the front wheels? Quote
msk6003 Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Seems like this thing also use twin pull back motor. And we can considering other mclaren on next year, the Extreme E will be also pullback model. Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 So, no more Monster Jam, but yet another race car? Priorities are off here, TLG. Quote
Jundis Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 3x11 curved panels are used here instead of the 5 wide ones! Quote
Zerobricks Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 The steering seems to be self-centering by using the black 2393 part which offsets the wheel from it's steering point by a stud. Like wheels on a shopping cart. The new panel is a greata ddition, especially since you can now use 2 of these to fill a 4 studs wide space without gaps which was not possible before. I don't see any launch mechanism though, but I think this might be the fastest pullback since is so light and small, yet powered by 2 motors. Quote
gyenesvi Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 (edited) What are those weird animal wing-like orange panels on the top? Is that from another theme, or something new? Edited December 1, 2023 by gyenesvi Quote

Kostq Posted February 22, 2024 Posted February 22, 2024 Steering feels a bit sloppy - and cannot be locked /as seen in the video/. Why does this irritate me? Steering can be locked by a 3L high construction including the steering rack. /I've made one with 4L height while unlocked in my 42106 models/ It may be possible even at 2L. Two pullbacks in a circle would be fun to watch for sure, but can't compete with the Porsche 42137 in a drag race. Quote
