Logan McOwen Posted February 23, 2016 OTU, THE INFECTED VILLAGER An earth region miner who many years ago accidentally came into contact with a volatile, mutagenic crystal, which warped and disfigured one side of his body. Luckily, Otu was not fully affected by the mineral, and continues to live a mostly normal - if not aggravated - life. Otu’s gear mechanism swings his left shoulder back and forth, allowing you to punch things with his mutated arm.FrontBackPose, Looming Gearbox
TwistLaw Posted February 23, 2016 Brilliant as usual. My autism is just bothered by the use of the PoU, since in my headcanon it's exclusive of Uniters and Creatures :P
Onepu the Protector Posted February 23, 2016 (edited) @Twistlaw: uhm, I don't really think you should use the term "autism" like that. :/ @LoganMcOwen: the MOC is really nice. I like the asymmetry, the contrast between purple and orange and the fact that you managed to make the mechanism look quite elegant even from the back view. Quisoves Pugnat Posted February 23, 2016 Dagnabit! It's not enough for you to build gobsmacking models from the Toa-scale and upwards. No, you have to do it in miniature as well! =P In all seriousness, that's a fantastic, and fantastically innovative, model! The aesthetics are great, the PoU fits it like a glove, and, on top of that, it's got a function! I sincerely hope you wind up as a designer for LEGO. Logan McOwen Posted February 25, 2016 (edited) Funny you should say that, actually. Just the other night at about 11:45, I had some randomer on Facebook speaking on another guy's behalf asking if I wanted to join the LEGO Group. I was gobsmacked, and asked if I could speak to the guy he was referring to, to get more information. My heart was literally in my mouth, I was in such disbelief. Turns out he was just referring to a Facebook group called "The LEGO Group", though. Edited February 25, 2016 by Logan McOwen

xboxtravis7992 Posted February 25, 2016 Turns out he was just referring to a Facebook group called "The LEGO Group", though. Trolling? Or a novice with no idea that The Lego Group is the official company name? Either way, that's really funny. Oh, great MOC by the way!
Onepu the Protector Posted February 25, 2016 (edited) I guess they named it The LEGO Group because, well, it's a group about Lego, and just didn't think about it twice. Edited February 25, 2016 by Onepu the Protector

Maskmaker of Light Posted March 10, 2016 (edited) This is a really neat MOC! The POU really works well here for the Okotans. The function is integrated really well, much better than Quake Beast. The concept is also neat as well. I get inspired by your MOCs and content. It really helps me when I get stuck in MOCs and Revamps.
