Bonaparte Posted March 13, 2008 You are currently my favorite pirate MOCer SlyOwl! One the creative part you score extremely high. I've told it before in the WIP thread, this is a fantastic MOC and I just *wub* it. I hope you'll make more wonderful pirate MOCs in the future to share with us. SlyOwl Posted March 15, 2008 Looking forward to more of your work! *wub* In due time, but for now I'd pressurise your Bro, not me, to build ;-) You are currently my favorite pirate MOCer SlyOwl! Favouritism! X-D
Capn Frank Posted March 17, 2008 In due time, but for now I'd pressure your Bro, not me, to build ;-) ... Oh don't worry Mr. SlyOwl, ;-) He plans to start a major piratey project this summer. *y* I try to pressure every one equally. :-P P
Dukesc Posted March 18, 2008 (edited) What a spectacular MOC! You truly are creative to no end. I don’t understand all of it, but by and large you have done an exceedingly grand job of creating this MOC! My favorite part is how the boat is tilting from the man pulling on the rope. You’ve earned your MOC expert tag. Oh don't worry Mr. SlyOwl, ;-) He plans to start a major piratey project this summer. *y* Indeed, I do intend to start a major project this summer; however it is sort of an anti-piratey project as it were. I will have to rearrange my "new" Lego room as my nearly three month old daughter claims the old one and everything is currently in disarray. I’d like to finish 4 ships before that gets underway though. Duke Edited March 18, 2008 by dukeschunke
Captain Green Hair Posted March 18, 2008 More then axcellent work Sly! *y* *y* I love all the litle details you've put in! The stone walls i also like a lot. *wub* Only improvement i can think of is the little spider in the sewer, it might be nicer to use a black spider instead of the tile one...but it's a matter ofpersonal taste i think. Again great work, keep it up! Indeed, I do intend to start a major project this summer; however it is sort of an anti-piratey project as it were. El Bucanero Posted March 18, 2008 My apologies for not commenting on this one yet, must have missed it in some way.. :-$ This is extroardinarily wonderful SlyOwl! You really are a master! It's great to see the wide variation in minifigs and parts. You sure made good use of alot of parts I wouldn't even think of (like the exploding soup). Almost every aspect of this MOC is very well made! Certainly deserves it's frontpaging! Excellent!
