Grimmbeard Posted January 10, 2013 (edited) Great moc! Though shouldn't those redcoat rowers be facing the other way? Edited January 10, 2013 by Grimmbeard
Morthen Posted January 10, 2013 Great moc! Though shouldn't those redcoat rowers be facing the other way? They are Redcoats thats why...................... oh yea im with them......... Erm they are so strong, that they can row against the wind and tide, and even their own water trace........... Redcoats Rule
Brickington Posted January 10, 2013 Nice! Am I leading those valiant redcoats?
eurotrash Posted January 10, 2013 Though shouldn't those redcoat rowers be facing the other way? Not sure, what it's called in the US, but it's called Push Rowing in England. It's bloody hard work, but at least lets you see what you're going to run into - and perhaps with that Monkey on the Island it might not be a bad idea. Nice looking MOC - thanks for sharing it with us!
Capt. Stabbin Posted January 11, 2013 (edited) Great moc! Though shouldn't those redcoat rowers be facing the other way? I never really thought about it, but I guess they should. Nice! Am I leading those valiant redcoats? No, they are just random Redcoats, but you could pretend! Edited January 11, 2013 by Capt. Stabbin
jimmynick Posted January 11, 2013 That's a nice scene, Capt. Stabbin. I think the upside-down dark tan bush is a great way to represent the growth on palm trees beneath the new leaves.
Sir E Fullner Posted January 11, 2013 Very good work, indeed. I really like the racial diversity of the redcoats in the boat, and the way you made that flag tip at an angle.
