Hey guys , after waiting two months to get all the parts , everything I need for my Classic Arkham Batmobile has arrived . In my mind I’m still calling this a WIP , as there still remain some changes to be made , but they are really small and subtle , so I decided to post it as it is ( and maybe post a V1.1 later ) . As I’m sure you can imagine , one of these changes is changing the colour of the two “road signs” on the roof of the car to black . Unfortunately , these parts don’t come in black , so I’ll paint them ( I don’t love the idea anymore than you do , but I think the parts fit in perfectly and they look inaccurate being grey and brown ). I am also playing with the idea of adding stickers to give the model that extra bit of accuracy , specifically on the "6005" parts in front of the rear wheels . Finally , what’s a Batmobile without Batman ? I knew , from the moment I started building this that I had to get a custom Arkham series Batman minifig to go along with it . And when I tumbled upon onlinesailin’s Arkham City Batman, I was amazed by the astonishing level of detail, the amazing resemblance to the iconic suit, everything . Thanks “onlinesailin”, for the best minifigure out there , this moc wouldn't be the same without it . Now, I’m sure you came here to see a Batmobile, not read boring details, so here are some pictures . Now let me get that explosive gel ... Here are the 8 playable characters from the Batman: Arkham Origins Online mode. I am okay with how this turned out. To start out I would like to talk about the cons with these figures. I am not to happy with my Joker side (Including the Joker) I would of have used the Joker goon face if Myer would let me use gift cards online! The Bane is meh and I think that covers the bad figures. A pro would defiantly have to be the drones! Oh dear I cannot tell you how much I hate those things in the game. My favourite would have to be the one on the left (Bane's one) and the Joker one is another meh. The Bane Merc to the left of him turned out pretty good as well (Its based off the last picture in the loading screen if you play on Banes side) I would have used the Darth Malgus head but I traded it. Batman is a figure from TLG and I modified the TLG Robin figure for this version of him. I think these actually turned out okay. I will defiantly do some more Arkham Game stuff in the future! -

Arkham Knight Batmobile Batman’s new epic ride from the upcoming game Batman: Arkham Knight This vehicle was built as a contest entry for Fig-Nation’s Arkham Knight Batmobile ‘Contest’over on Flickr. Anyone interested should get building, since the submission date is April 15th, and you could win a cool (pun-intended) Arkham City styled custom printed Mr. Freeze Minifigure. Anyways, this was a rather fun build for me since I normally don’t build vehicles—especially Batmobiles. Personally I feel the community is flooded with those, along with Batcaves and Halls of Armor, so I try to avoid building those things. Nonetheless, I’m very happy with the outcome—this thing just looks mean! Enjoy ~Nemo

Party At Arkham An Arkham Asylum Inspired Build ---- Following a long series of events that could fill up an entire game, Batman faces off against a Titan powered Joker to save Gordon from certain death! As this scene is based off the the location and boss battle against the Joker, the henchmen here too must like in the game, unlock a safe to get firearms. Titan Joker The centerpiece of the build, I build Titan Joker with an emphasis on accuracy and pose-ability. I was going to could, but I’ll just say he has tons of articulation points, allowing large movement in the arms specifically. I did at one point intend to increase the articulation in the hips to allow horizontal leg movement, but I was forced to drop this when it compromised stability too much. Joker’s head was a particular problem that I managed to solve quite nicely. Originally I started with something similar to a cube-dude head. This didn’t work because of the requirements such as the lips and nose. Then, after looking at some more photos, I focused on building a head that was more elongated and pointed, like the Joker in the game. This proved very successful, allowing me to create an accurate head from brow to chin. Enjoy! ~Nemo

Batman vs Black Mask Bullets fly as Batman attempts to take down the powerful drug kingpin Black Mask in his run down narcotics warehouse. This is the largest Batman creation I’ve made, and in addition to being packed full of details, it’s also the first time I’ve made a scene where Batman is after the Black Mask. It’s also my first creation that’s greatly inspired by the Arkham games, with the character choices stemming from the soon to be released Arkham Origins. The build itself features tons of details from twin conveyor belts moving drugs to six large windows. There’s also two wall mounted ventilation fans as well as two celling fans. There’s also three large support beams on the roof that hold up three large lights that Batman is running across (Dodging fire at the same time!). A small office is there too, as well as two gargoyles for the Dark Knight to perch on. Clean up in the narcotics aisle... Hi everyone, Before I begin I would like to apologise as I said I would do a full arkham review. Unfortunately due to some things coming up I will not have tome to do so untill after christmas at least. But I have opened all the packets just so I could review the figures for you. He is of course the usual black suited batman but with his glider piece in black. We have to move on to the waste of space known as robin . At least he is not as awful as before. He now has black legs, A black hood and a short cape, As seen on hobbit figures. 1 011 by Joker 789, on Flickr He is evedently based on the Arkham games interpritation of robin- He has the same back printing as before plus the same reverse head. He has wounderful stitch marks all around. Harley Quinn! We see here that her other face is her harley face. He has the crafty expression you want on a figure. All the detailing is great and we get short legs in lilac! Who is the mysterious Arkham Knight? Will it be a brand new villain or is he a mysterious old partner? Find out who he could possibly be in this brand new short based on the Batman Arkham Knight video game franchise. This is my first time running a video at 59 frames per second trying to achieve a more fluid movement with LEGO animation. Edit: Can a mod help deeplink this? Thanks.

Arkham Asylum: Relative Insanity Batman is trapped inside Arkham during Joker's latest breakout attempt, and is under siege by not only the crown prince of crime, but by Poison Ivy and her dangerous plants and Scarecrow with his fear inducing toxins. Based on the 2009 Game of the Year Batman: Arkham Asylum. While the theme of this creation is based on Arkham Asylum, the design takes cues from M.C. Escher's famed lithograph Relativity, and also features a 360 build that can be spun around to view all sides. Granted you have to spin it by hand--this thing weighs like 15 pounds. But anyways...while also being the largest creation I've made, it also features tons of cool details and features such as lights by Lifelites. There's a lot going on with this creation, so I guess I'll just start throwing out photos: Arkham From Minifigure Perspective Gates of Arkham Lite-up Batsignal Joker running free and Clayface's cell Sometimes you just need the right perspective. Sssshhh! Wait that's not right... Poison Ivy side and Mr. Freeze cell Poison Ivy Mr. Freeze, visible when lights are on only Killer Croc's cell enterance Fear induced dramatic flashback Joker running free; Bane cell with Bobo Osito Mr. Zsasz, visible when light is on only Arkham in the dark with lights on--notably a terrible picture. Scarecrow: A notable chunk of this creation is devoted to Scarecrow, who is here represented both by minifigure, and also by a large scale brick built figure (For his fear toxin induced appearance). At the Asylum Currently, this creation is on display at Brickworld Chicago 2014--so if you're there check it out! I'm happy with the final product, being both the culmination of weeks of building, and being my largest and arguably greatest superhero creation yet.
