  1. So, I killed the one person who might have believed my claim? Damn Yeah, great job to the town. Def, you did a an awesome job. When you revealed the vote, I was really pissed off. My first reaction was to close EB, and it took me at least 15 minutes to come up with the "my vote was stolen" defense. I'm lucky nobody called me out for lurking, I guess. Not that that matters, since everyone saw through my lie anyway. It was a pretty stupid idea not to go with the bandwagon, I guess. Never thought the secret vote format would turn out in the town's favor. I had a blast, despite the shortness of the game. Well hosted, Tammo
  2. I doubt they actively singled me out, I just don't think they could use that action more than once per night, or else our votes would be too powerless. No result means that nothing happened. There was no response at all and my vote stayed where it was in the public vote tally. Tiffany was an experienced player, who has been doing well in past games. It's very likely that's why she was killed. If she had found something out, she hopefully would have mentioned it to someone. And how would she have found out anything about third parties?
  3. Yes, lynch the townie who got her vote stolen rather than the all but confirmed scum. Winning strategy Also, it doesn't make a difference which scum team you think I'm on. Also, I'm not on any scum team. Or there is no third party. We've seen one kill in two nights. That's indicating there is no SK. The size of the game tells us there likely is no cult. Other third parties are extremely rare. I'd say in all likelyhood there is no third party and we should focus on catching feds.
  4. And what could I possibly do? I told you all I know. But is it really more plausible that I was recruited? We know Benito didn't recruit me, as I was blocked. So either Paco did or there is a third scum with a recruiting role. I think we can agree the scum wouldn't get 3 members and a conversion with only 14 players, but you already said Paco might actually have targeted Fritz as he claimed he had. If I was converted, he obviously hasn't. I tried to change my vote, but nothing happened. And I have no idea what you mean by that. Why would the FBI target Benito on Night 1? He probably is FBI, remember?
  5. There's not much I can talk about, since I don't know more than any other townie here. I voted for Paco, but when the vote tally was made public, it said I had voted for Da-Shen. I tried to change my vote after that, but that got no result. No townie in their right mind would vote for Da-Shen, and I know the scum stole my vote, so they probably can't do that twice. Benito voting for Da-Shen is the last nail in his coffin, together with his obviously scummy behavior from yesterday. And what exactly does that have to do with the question whether we should lynch you or not? Even if there was a third party, there would be nothing we could do about that right now except lynch scummy people. Not to mention that a third party is unlikely. Following my train of thought from yesterday, where I said that scum on Day One probably jumped on both Allan's and my bandwagon, I think or two best guesses for the third scum would be Jasper and Abbot. The former actually switched from Allan to me, while the latter didn't vote was already the last to vote on Day One, and the last to vote on Day Two.
  6. What the hell? I voted for Paco. Somebody must have tinkered with my vote somehow. If Paco is not lying about being third party, the scum must be able to mess with town votes. If Paco is lying, I don't know. Probably still the scum, this is definitely not a town role.
  7. I disagree. With the idea of limited scum kills, that is. Limited kills make sense for a vigilante, but the scum can do two things: Kill us and make us lynch ourselves. I doubt they would rely on the latter. Well, it's entirely useless if votes are private, and I never heard of private votes before. I agree that we will find the third scum most likely among those who voted for me, no offence to those who did. Scum usually try to jump on the Day One bandwagon without attracting too much attention. It's notable that 6 people who had voted for Alan when the vote tally was first shown also ended up voting for me. That would be: Paco Benito Da-Shan Mei-Zhen Jasper Tiffany Paco and Benito are likely scum, Da-Shan is pretty much confirmed, Mei-Zhen is dead and town. That leaves Jasper and Tiffany. Jasper mentioned that he'd keep his eyes on Benito, whatever that's worth, but Tiffany has been rather active and not struck me as suspicious so far. Of course, Abbot should also be noted. He didn't jump on the Alan bandwagon, but he had not even voted by that time and did, in the end, vote for me.
  8. Well, I'm back. And it appears we are looking good. So, we have both an investigation result and conflicting claims on Paco? Combine that with him trying to put suspicion on Da Shen and you get an obvious lynch, this is no rocket science. Sounds like a good plan. If Benito is blocked twice in a row and there is no scum kill on either night, we can be very confident that he really is the scum killer. The sooner we kill those feds, the sooner we can steal this bomb. Let's do it.
  9. Unfortunately I won't be able to play before the 13th. So if this game starts sooner than that, I'll have to pass. I can be a reserve if someone drops out afterwards, though.
  10. When you asked me about him and Genaro? I messed up the fake PM pretty hard. Not only the time stamp, but even the content of the PM. If I recall correctly, you were about to start a bandwagon on Scuba and we had agreed to bus Scuba. I figured you'd check the time stamp, so I pointed that out.
  11. Thanks for letting me play, Trumpet! First off, Trumpet, I'm sorry for never once talking in my curse except for that one weird Harry Potter quote. (By the way, who the heck is Katie Bell? Does anyone know?) But I'd suggest not using that one in future games. It was a nice idea, but incredibly hard to actually implement. Also, I had a lot of fun playing with the rest of the scum team. You were a great team. I'm kinda sorry I botched the fake PM, though that was also a problem of people being online at different times. Why did nobody realize the time stamp of the PM I faked was after the time stamp of the PM Scuba sent to Hinck? Congratulations to the town, too, you were doing a good job. I must admit the secret identities helped you, but it would be unfair to blame our defeat on them alone. You were working together well. With all that said, I had a lot of fun playing this game Henry too, I think. No idea why he disappeared after Day 2
  12. Actually, this has only worked because the scum have lied about their identities. Which of the scum did we catch thanks to their metagaming? I thought it might be worth mentioning it. Nothing guilty about my conscience. No, there wasn't. My guess would be that the vig killed the trickster on Day 3, as Timothy speculated. I'm town, and you're making a mistake when you're lynching me. Not a very grave mistake, since there are enough townies left, but you are giving the scum a chance when you wouldn't have to. That's actually a good point. If you think I'm the last scum, why keep the other person a secret? I hope Timothy told somebody else about the ninja, because if they are scum, they will have to try and kill him tonight, as it's their last chance.
  13. He was accusing me, based on my alter ego. Of course I'm going to focus on my alter ego and try to explain it. And why doesn't the second part make sense? Derek is long dead, and I'll assume we don't have a second investigator. So why would I need to cover myself in case I get investigated?
  14. Why not give your own role some thought? You make it sound like I haven't even tried to find out who's town and who's scum, which I did. But I've got a lot of time and I got thinking about my alter ego as well. Why would I need to come up with a smart way in case I got investigated, if there is no cop left? And if I'm accused to be the Godfather?
  15. Unsurprisingly, the "Skydiver" was scum. It's a shame we lost Helen, though. Not to me. I believe that you, Peter, Mikatta, Melinda and Kelly are town. About the rest, I'm not sure. If Giovanni wasn't dead, I'd say he was scum, but he's not, unfortunately. Carl Nemoss was high on my suspicion list right until we lynched Sally. I'd still be inclined to think he is scum, I've seen nothing of him that convinces me otherwise. The only thing that discourages me is that Jeffrey named Mikatta and him as his suspects, albeit without pushing for his death. Tickles hasn't stepped his game up after he nearly was lynched, and I don't see a reason not to lynch his this time. Clarissa has accused Jeffrey early on Day 3, long before it was clear he would be lynched, which makes her seem town to me. So, what exactly is your "choice"?
  16. Vote: Jeffrey Norris (jamesn)
  17. I'm here to use movie quotes and lynch scum. And I'm all out of movie quotes. Looks like we're on a roll. And I can talk again! Great. That would be really nice if that was true. Let's see if there are any curses popping up today. At this point, I'm inclined to think there may not even be a third party.
  18. Unvote: Tickles (TinyPiesRUs) Vote: Sally (Scubacarrot)
  19. Unvote: Trickles (TinyPiesRUs) Vote: Sally (Scubacarrot)
  20. Vote: Tickles (TinyPiesRUs)
  21. "I know what you're going to ask me Harry, but... I don't remember who cursed me." (Katie Bell, Hary Potter and the Half-Blood Prince)
  22. Thanks. Hm, I suppose if Kelly came up town that would slightly increase the chance that you're town, but it wouldn't really matter because I'm very much inclined to believe you anyway. I'm sure he noticed. Any reason you feel the need to point out to everyone that you are cooperating?
  23. I trust him more than Helen and Kelly. However, it won't increase my trust in him. I just think if Kelly is town, Derek would get a town result regardless of his affiliation. But I'd like to know who decided to investigate Kelly. It makes a difference whether Derek decided to do so himself or not.
  24. As I told you in private, I don't think we'd learn much about Derek from her allegiance: If she's town, we don't know if Derek is really the cop. Scum know who is town and thus can fake investigation results easily. If she's scum, we don't know if Derek has been lying or she is the Godfather. It would resolve the argument between her and Helen, but I don't think that's worth the one person we've investigated town so far. As I told you, in my opinion the only reason to lynch Kelly is if someone think's she's scum.
