  1. Yeah, that was kinda...Hinckley.
  2. Oh, shoot! At least it was a fun game while it lasted, can't wait to see what's been going on.
  3. I like your customs a lot, Penguin, but this one is really outstanding even in comparision to your others. Great job there. Funny ending as well.
  4. Well, I feel like my vote for Dmitri was a bit hasty. I know this might be used against me, but honestly, I'm almost as fine with voting Samuel as voting Dmitri. So for that, I'll unvote Dmitri (Dragonator). There are certain points which make me feel uneasy with Samuel, such as his "clue" about Dmitri being a Nazi, or the fact how much he trusts the late Stanislav. I'll wait and watch how the day developes during the last hours, then I'll cast my final vote.
  5. Without changing the subject. That counts as creating confusion. I'll consider this if I'll ever vote for you. How am I supposed not to go nuts reading that? Honestly, I'm slightly confused about what happened when during which private communication. Course not, nevermind. It's not wrong to do so. Just don't overinterprete things. Which is what I'd like to avoid. Not that I'm glad about this, or that I'm satisfied by Stan or the info that's been provided, but nonetheless I'll vote: Dmitri (Dragonator). I'll be very sorry if you're town, but conviction has to be reached. Otherwise than Timur I see nothing scummy with that. It's perfectly fine to try whatever is possible to get the scum, but I'd never have expected to gain anything by that. But it was certainly worth trying. Sounds like he's at least found something out. Let's hope you're right about Dmitri and that your Peeping Tom will help us somehow.
  6. Well, you certainly didn't satisfy me. In fact, you rather confused me. So Patrick didn't say anything to you and you drew the conclusion he denied having spoken to Dmitri? They know it's not the case? Who knows it's not the case? How do they know? Are they in contact with the "Peeping Tom" as well? That's not a good sign at all. The votes against Petr weren't accumulating either, nor were the ones against Benji or most of the other people who were ever convicted in such a game...of life. And do I get you right that you knew the accumulation of votes against Ruxana implied she was innoncent but you kept voting for her? I myself merely thought the bandwagon had been established before and decision were made before the first vote was cast.
  7. Henry once again enters the Heroica Hall, only to see nothing has changed. No heroes have returned from their quests, no new quests are up. But there seems to be a new hero, another rogue, apparently. He looks a bit blurry, and a bit like an ape too. Henry identifies the creaure as Metasimian, and approaches him and grins teethfully: "Hello, guy. Welcome to Heroica. Wanna talk about yourself?"
  8. I wouldn't say that's so perfectly axiomatic. Going on your gutsTM rather than logic again? Yes, as Samuel pointed out, Wilem is also a likely suspect. Wonder why Stan trusted him? I don't think you should tell stuff like that publicly. It doesn't make you more rustworthy, you know. No offence, but the scum wants to be seen as vanillas by the town, the townies with night actions want to be seen as vanillas by the scum, and so on. Same problem with me. To be honest, I'm rather clueless about who's true and who's not. The matter is: He said he was absolutely sure, not that it was any gut instinct. And if he was still alive and said "I'm absolutely sure Dmitri's scum, I'd believe him. Because he'd die if he was wrong then. I have to agree, the only argument we really have is Stanislav. If you think it was a gut feeling, don't vote. But he had said "absolutely", and "absolutely" is different from "I have a gut feeling". Actually, votes could have gone either way, really. I was a close decision. And we shouldn't forget that there have been 15 minutes between his vote for Ruxana and his change for Donil, in which nothing has happened. It's not quite true to say "he switched votes from Ruxana to Donil when the votes seemed to go that way". Can't say I wasn't suspicious of him though. So why don't we vote Patrck instead if it is "obvious"? Better way to prove than killing the investigator, ain't it? What about a movie named "Noir"?
  9. Don't need to tell me, just look at my gorgeous hair.
  10. I know, that's why I said "claimed" instead of "was". Ypu don't mean Ruxana was the poisoner, do you? 'Cause the poisoner certainly wasn't/isn't an x-shot role. I mean, if you have an x-shot vigilante role, would you use it on day one though there's no major suspect? No. It's possible she was a vigilante, but I thought she had used her tracking action every day? The day Petr was killed she said she had followed him, you say, she in fact has killed him, knowing that, but told us she had tracked him? And didn't consider it valuable information to the town to tell us shortly before she died? Maybe it's because he's blonde? He's the only blonde male among us, so that might be a reason as well. I doubt God'll make it that obvious, but I'll consider it.
  11. As you said, Stan was the inventor and Petr claimed vanilla.
  12. Also possible. But Dmitri has already stated he wasn't attacked tonight, and I have no clue how a vest would protect you against poison. I think that belongs to "less likely". About the grenade, I've got a gut feelingTM there are two or more night actions involved in an incredible conmbination; it's just like some god in some parallel universe said something like: "In my opinion, it's one of the most memorable mafia deaths in some time. Can't wait to explain how it happened." Sounds like something really unusual has happened. (jope that's not considered metagaming )
  13. Or in Heroica sheeps are larger than in Real Life.
  14. No poisoning? Strange...that would mean our crazy scientist was most likely either blocked, his target was protected or he is dead. Since the only ones who died since yesterday are Ruxana and Nika, who both had obviously other actions, I suppose the target was either protected or he was blocked. He has so far attacked the rather silent ones, and I wonder, who would protect them, unless they are scum and there's a scum protecter or he changed his habit. So I think, the most propably possibilities are: The poisoner was blocked, the target was protected scum, he changed his habit. There are several other ways a poisoning could have been avoided, such as him attacking someone who's not able to be nightkilled (which might mean he's mafia as well), or him deciding not to kill (if he's town, a serial killer would never do so), and so on, but those are rather impropable in my humble opinion.
  15. Sandy, I've updated my ava. It's still the same fig, but I wasn't contend with the first one. Just to inform you. Here's the new one:
  16. By the way, we finally have an affirmation of what Stanislav's message about Dmitri by someone who's confirmed town, i.e. Ruxana, as she yesterday said she had been contatced by Stan as well. It's possible that she made it just up to avoid being lynched, but she would have corrected herself, once she was practically dead, wouldn't she? Matter is, she didn't mention Denis. I'm not sure why not, or what to do about him, but this would make me feel more comfortable with voting Dmitri.
  17. Er, I haven't heard of it either. But I have watched E.T.!
  18. I didn't get the mouth of the table was supposed to be a mouth, but it was more obvious with the mouth of Altair the Chair. I like them, really, don't get me wrong. I don't think I could build a better brick-built mouth to a table, though. But it is hard to recognize. I still think you put a lot of effort into this game, the quests look good. But fighting books is...morally questionable. I'd rather fight dogs and Shadeux guards than furniture and books. I'm still about to figure out how much the gold is actually worth, you get a fair amount of prizes during those fights.
  19. Well, unless there's two mafias or a third party. Also, as mentioned yesterday, those cleared town will be likely targets for killing/converting. I don't know what to make outa you. You're hardly contradicting yourself, and I have no idea what Stanislav could have based a posthumous accusation on. On the other hand, he was the inventor, and he seemed to be in contact with quite a few people. The fact I'm wary about is the condition "if I die". So it wasn't a certainity, but what could have happened if he died? He could have told you and Denis something, but why would he know you both were scum then? And he had apparently told quite a few other people the same time, that, in case he'd die the day he died, you were scum. If just one of them was scum, they could have decided to kill Stanislav either way, just to shift suspicion of you. I'm a bit clueless about that. Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say? By the way, if Samuel was scum, this might have been a smart move. He'd make three people look suspicious, one dead now, but still two remaining with Stan being absolutely sure. Enough to distract the town for three days, propably enough to take the tow over. I mean, we've played this game...of life four days now, and our numbers decreased from 28 down to 16, and there's still somebody to drop dead soon. So our numbers are almost halfed, if they can recruit, their numbers will raise steadily. The Russian Mafia has lost two guys as well, one of them being the godfather, if there are really two families. I'm just making a theory up, which is a bit far-fetched and simplified, but we shouldn't disregard stuff like that. Once again, I'm not really suspicious of Samuel. We've all been wrong about Ruxana (except for Denis and herself).
  20. Unfortunately I've seen neither. Actually I haven't ever heared of it before.
  21. So Nika has blown herself up by a grenade? That's kinda strange...I'm not sure what to make outa that. A bomb role would mean there's someone else who was blown up as well. Maybe some 50/50-blowing-up-target-or-blowing-up-self-vigilante role? And we were wrong about Ruxana. She was town, so she didn't lie, so she really had been an unblockable tracker. And there's another tracker-watcher who has seen her targetting Petr yesterday, who she had admitted to have tracked. And there were no other kills so far, except for the poisoner, who might or might not have been successful. But the Tommy killer wasn't or just didn't try to kill somebody, but coverted instead. But the Tommy killer tried to kill every day so far, so I doubt his party has a convertiong ability, so I think his target was protected, for luck. By convicting Ruxana, who turned out town, I must say my trust in Samuel's faded. I know I've been the first to vote her, but he seemed the one most eager to get her killed. I must emphasize that's no reasonable reason to kill him, but we shouldn't ignore it. So what do we do with Dmitri and Denis? I'm not sure about them. Dmitri claimed to have an important action, while Denis acted quite townie so far. But he could have been converted as well, he seemed more quiet lately, adding less to the discussion, don't you think? But there's good news as well, I wonder what the "extra ability" the agent has talked about is meant to be. And I'm really glad we're now allowed to do lynch mobs.
  22. Funny ending, though I've never seen that musical, so I had no clue what was going on. But it looks...interesting This had to be the best ending so far nonetheless.
  23. I think, he's meant the aspect that the Peeping Tom told Elena's night action was unsuccesful, which goes further that just watching/tracking.
  24. I don't know it by 100%, but it's mentioned in the rules.
  25. So your person can both watch and track and find out if the action was succesful? Seems like an overkill role to me. So he knew that on night two Elena was killed by Max (as nobody else had targetted her obviously), but nobody came up with this back then? He died anyway, so that doesn't matter, I'm just wanting to point that out. I wonder which roles we still have. We lost our inventor, our blocker and our investigator, having left only an overkill tracker-watcher-whatever-guy and possibly a vigilante/poisoner. Those are fairly powerful roles, and three of them are dead. I'm afraid of the roles the scum will have in balance. We still have a converter on the loose, and some killers. And whatever else. Well, let's do our best.
