    We have had a good run and I think the situation now with the fans of the middle earth theme is when you give a mouse a cookie(Lego giving us a Middle earth theme) he's gonna want a glass of milk(Lego ending the theme and us wanting more sets).

    Hold on didn't one of the star wars books have an exclusive clone trooper whose helmet was an exclusive mold. I would much rather see an old Bilbo though than Sauron

    I was there too. the lego booth did suck and I did notice quite alot of LOTR cosplayers as well. The life size head of smaug was epic

    Im not sure. if you have the number to your local Lego store just call them or call Lego customer service in your country, they should be able to give you a date.

    $30 for Bag-end thats cool. I have the Mirkwood elf army set but im not that interested in getting another. I wasnt that big of a fan of the second wave of the hobbit

    Yeah I already have the lonely mountain but I'm not sure if I want to get another of it though. The Bag end set is fantastic. but im on the fence with the barrel escape and my TRU still has it but im not sure if I want to pick it up. I'm actually getting the goblin king battle in the mail later this week so Im excited

    Which Hobbit sets do you guys think are worth buying a second of out of the entire line. I am considering getting the unexpected gathering again and the Barrel escape. what do you guys think. not worth it.

    The Uruk Hai army is already double reatail price now. Im not entirely sure which sets are the best investment if you want to sell them in the future. does anyone have a good idea from either the Hobbit and LOTR line which sets are the best investment to sell in the future.

    Yeah I am glad we got sets but I have to agree with some others that if we got just one more wave I think it would be less hard to let go of the line because it really is not complete.

    Great ship. I sadly never got my hands on that one but I hope to see it in my collection in the future.

    Yeah the BB is pretty much a rehash of BBB but I'm happy with getting another Pirate ship. The mini figure's look pretty great too. I'm in love with the blue coats and cant wait to amass an army of them.

    Nice well theres another place then. FAO is a bit further for me though being in the West villiage 23rd is easier to get too.

    I payed retail price, and I got the little promotional christmas elve set. The 5th avenue store seems to be the only place in Manhattan that carries them and is even selling them.

    Calling all Lego LOTR and Hobbit fans that live in the NYC area and are looking for the BOTFA sets. The lego store on 23rd street and 5th Av by the flatiron building got the new sets today. They haven't put the sets on the shelves yet but if you ask an employee they will bring it out for you. I myself picked up the Lonely mountain and the Witch King battle set. Hope this helps all of you.

    I am a bit disappointed in the simplicity of the sets but having a new ship and some new soldiers I can pass up so I'll probably pick up some of these

    I remember that small set it was pretty cool a simple but fun build.
