  1. I never saw a Lego-Bowling track before, I like it a lot !!
  2. Very cool little car. What amazes me most is that all the features fit in such a small pachage and it even has suspension. Love it !!
  3. Pure eye-candy, love this MOC, it's very vey pretty.
  4. Truly amazing creation. I've built Backhoe's myself, I know how difficult it can be to make everything working properly. My compliments
  5. Yes and yes ! And he made a phenominal .
  6. I've had the honour of seeing this MOC in real life and I can confirm it's truly amazing. The model is made by a Dutch builder called Barry Bosman, nickname "Barman". You can find his brickshelf-folder here. Embedding a YT-video is easy: copy the URL of the respective video [CTRL+C]. Then press the "insert media"-button in your reply-screen and paste [CTRL+V] the yt-link you just copied. With this video it'll look like this:
  7. The intructions-links on my Lego-website have been fixed. Everybody should be able to download it now. And the Parts-list is ready and available as a Brickstore XML-file.
  8. Nice mod and great video. Never realized you could do that with a skateboard.
  9. Your alternative models just keep amazing me. I think I've fallen in love with that Helicopter
  10. Thanks guys for the great reactions !! The Brickstore file isn't ready yet, it's coming soon, I promiss. As Blakbird only posted the rotating render, it leaves me the honour of posting the other wonderful renders he made:
  11. Nice lookin' truck with good mechanisms
  12. So you mean anyone who doesn't have IE can't open the instructions ? That would s**k... Gotta fix that. I included a direct linkt to the instructions in my first opening-post. @ TechnicJuan: I didn't use the new part cause I don't own it...
  13. Steering-controll is a bit heavy, but that doesn't have to do with the rerouting (it works pretty smooth), but with the weight on the front-wheels. Weird, it is working on my computer, I just checked... Here is the direct link to the instructions. Carefull: it's a very big file !
  14. I'd like to present my newest creation: The Sunbeam Supercar. Anyone who visited the BrickCon 2011 event (last weekend) had the chance of seeing this model in real life on Blakbird's Supercat table. After building a lot of models with Power Functions, it was time for a non-PF model. Ever since I built the Little Devilsportscar, I wanted to build a Yellow supercar. I chose Chevrolette’s Corvette sportscars as inspiration. It’s not an exact replica of a specific Corvette, but I tried to give it that typical Corvette-style. It took some time to collect enough yellow parts (mainly panels, flex-axles and angled connectors) and the 8043 Excavator set added quite a number of usefull parts. The functions of this model are: * All-Wheel-Drive * HOG-steering with working steering-wheel inside * Independent suspension * V8 engine * 6-speed gearbox, no reverse * Movable Chairs * Openable doors, trunk and hatch Drivetrain The All-Wheel Drive system uses three differentials, one on each axle and one to connect the 2 axles. For the manual gearbox I wanted to do something else than the regular 5+1 gearbox (as found in eg the 8448 and 8466). I decided to make a 6-speed version of it. For that, the reverse-gear had to be sacrificed. I wanted to include Hand-Of-God steering, to make steering the model convenient. The steering-drivetran was routed around the gearbox, connecting to the steering-control in the hatch. Chassis The chassis is made of a combination of studless beams with old-style studded technic bricks. This has 2 advantages: 1. It produces a very stiff chassis, which works well with the suspension. 2. It allows all the axles to be aligned very well, resulting in a smooth-running drivetrain. Instructions Complete step-by-step building instructions were created for this model. This time I used Lpub to compile all the Instruction-images and parts-list images. It saved a lot of time compared to using MS Word for this. Although Lpub isn’t as flexible, I intend to use it more often, for it allows me to make instructions faster, leaving more time for building. The building instructions can be found on the instructions-page of my website. Here is a direct link to the instructions. A special word of thanks goes out to Blakbird and Crowkillers for your help.
  15. Truly impressive. I made a similar (somewhat smaller) Backhoe some time ago, so I know how difficult it can be to make everything work. The extending rear stick is intriging. I also really like the way the rear-wheels were made, truly inventive !! Any chance of seeing a video of this model in action ?
  16. Very nice. This show that a good MOC doesn't have to be big.
  17. Where's the "I Like" button in this post ? This thong Rocks !!
  18. I really like the idea of this model having a proper gearbox and using pneumatics for the doors.
  19. I love the Morgen, really cool !!
