  1. As others have said, nice shape to this tower. I'm going to get my dwarven allies to tunnel under it, plant some Blackpowder and launch it into orbit!! Dr Rod
  2. I tend to agree, there will end up being a lot of MOCS being posted here. I think the mods might be discussing how best to approach it. Perhaps a subforum for each guid's MOCs... Dr Rod
  3. Such an improvement, looks great. Nice and old, solid. The wolves should feel at home there!!
  4. At least you guys have a PAB wall... Dr Rod
  5. Ha!! There is a 1x1 round bley quarry in the Rakath Mountains, just down the road from my place ;) Great tower by the way Cij, like the dark grey slopes in the wall. Dr Rod
  6. Stealing ;)
  7. They were about half a cent each, I just bought another 2000 but they were more like 1c each. They are still very cheap though. They would come from a PAB wall but we don't have one here in Australia so we need to buy from overseas http://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?P=4073&colorID=18 Dr Rod
  8. I'm waiting on a Cracklink order of 1000 trans neon orange 1x1 rounds for lava for a future Nocturnian MOC. Looking forward to seeing your lava!! Dr Rod
  9. Very nice, sand red bricks are a nice touch.
  10. Dr Rod has a chemical that can erase backgrounds (and wrinkles if anyone is interested) ;) PM sent. Dr Rod
  11. Nice, I like the "naked" and final version. Does it have a spare tyre?
  12. Seems like a lot of the licensed sets use printed bricks but stickers abound in the standard theme sets.
  13. Minifig knees and elbows have seized over the last 30 years of evolution, due to general lack of use and too much time spent inactive in tubs. This is also why they have such fat legs Dr Rod
  14. That looks a mean axe2 for sure!! Welcome to the Darklands. Dr Rod
  15. That tree is in a great spot, climb up and jump into the tower ;)
  16. Part of the orcish strategy, make the enemy think it is decrepit and useless then blow them away!!
  17. Nice and simple, perhaps try to add something to indicate a crank on the end.
  18. Well Dr Rod was made the stuff, handy having those sulphur mines here in Nocturnus ;) I think it is very primitive though and no-one would be casting large cannons easily... DrRod
  19. Looks great, vibrant colours, been so long since I saw the film. Splattered witch is cool!
  20. Cool, Fabulox sounds like the place for Fabuland critters for sure!!
  21. Cool map, you can almost see my home!! Dr Rod and his motley crew live in the Northern reaches of the Rakath Mountains, close to the border with Mitgardia. This location allows access to the coast as well, very useful for trade purposes. The coastline is very treacherous in this region with very few safe anchorages.
  22. Dr Rod is most certainly interested in trade, it is always good to open new trade corridors. Although we have plenty of our own food supply it is good to expand the ingredients available to us. I am willing to trade certain potions for livestock and lumber. I'll get my people to talk to your people and see if we can arrange a meeting. To Trade, Dr Rod
  23. I cannot rush the artist painting the tower scene, photo-realism takes great patience and skill. Dr Rod
  24. Dr Rod has been experimenting with Sulfur from our mines and has made great progress into the stabilisation of a new and exciting powder, guaranteed to blow the pants off those lesser guild members.
  25. No, make your avatar and troops and welcome to the Eastern Badlands
