High up in the Northern region of Nocturnus in the Rakath Mountains lies Dr Rod's retreat. This watchtower and gatehouse guards one of the mountain paths leading to Dr Rod's sanctuary. The dragon has been hand raised and is an excellent guard Dragon :) More pictures in my Flickr stream. My Flickr Hope you all like it :). Oleg, Dr Rod

Liking the progression of the Werewolf story. I have a similar plan for Dr Rod and his area of Nocturnus. Dr Rod

My watchtower is close to being ready, waiting for a Cracklink order but will go without if it doesn't make it here tomorrow... Many other things on the drawing table too, trade scene, laboratory, quarry... Dr Rod -
The faithful are rewarded in mysterious ways, especially in Nocturnus... Dr Rod

This is but a tiny part of the labyrinth... Dr Rod From my visits to the Labyrinth, I would say it is a few miles across... Many wonders to behold!! Dr Rod

Its a great place the Labyrinth. I was there on vacation last year and highly recommend visiting (if you are Nocturnian of course) Dr Rod

Yes... My artist has nearly finished his rendition of the tower that guards to path to my castle... I shall whip him some more tonight. Dr Rod -
I see LUGBulk as a way that TLG supports people that are actively building and displaying Lego for the public. People should not be joining LUGS at this stage to try and get into the LUGBulk 2012 round. People should be joining LUGs to meet like minded people and have fun building Lego, collaborating or whatever else your local LUG gets up to. By the time LUGBulk comes around the following year, you would probably then be entitled to participate. Dr Rod

Dr Rod has active trade partners, predominantly potions for timber and livestock. There are also some dwarves nearby that have an active quarry and trade with Avalonians. Depictions to come... Dr Rod -
Nocturnia is not only full of monsters. Dr Rod

Very nice, big fan of dark red myself !! Nice detail in the loose roof plank too. Nice DrRod

Obviously lots of brown and tans. I would suggest buying up old brown now from cracklink as it will be gone one day and it is great to have multiple shades of brown... The photo below is from my flickr stream of "El Bricko", have a look, there are lots of different building styles there, it was made by a few SydLUG guys. Dr Rod

Yeah this is very nice. Compact but I imagine it has heaps of torque. Well done!! -
Probably about 50/50 that they blow the top off the tower !! Dr Rod
-
The whole guild and storyline approach is great, got me active didn't it? Not that my Tower is finished, I blame cracklink and USPS Dr Rod

But you couldn't have a pure "Lego" MOC with water... unless you went to Billund and stole some from the factory tap Dr Rod

Lots of potential, I like the idea of the decaying structure, sludge movement and the concept of "Orcitecture" !! Dr Rod -
Nice and huge!! Packed with detail, well done! I'm yet to add an interior to my ship "Death's Breath" and it has been over a year... Better get on with it...

But a self propelled steam tank... that is a major technological advance. Dr Rod
-
Well Nocturia does have sulphur mines, and Dr Rod is an alchemist... Gunpowder in Historica should be VERY primitive and unreliable. Making a steam engine is a HUGE technological leap from crude cast cannons full of blackpowder firing rocks... Dr Rod
