    Would be great, but I guess it will result in a flood of sets I think they are great for those who like them, personally I have little interest in them. I want a Castle set to get new figs, animals and a great set all around, not a moc with zero budget that must only use parts that is available right now (not so easy to make figs when we have had only one castle set in the last decade), no manual and a few stickers

    Lately I have lost some interest in Ideas. There are so many people voting there now so do not fell that my vote matter that much anyway, if the set is good enough it will probably make it without my help. A huge amount of sets make it to 10000 and still only 1-2 get picked so the chance is a lot smaller now for a set to make it beyond that point. Previously there was some categories like "space" that got a lot of sets, now it is TV-shows and objects that get them that I have no interest in. That is fine, however a theme like Pirates or Castle have gotten one set each and now it seem impossible to get any more in those categories no matter how many submission they get and how good they are

    I bought 2 moments sets for half price on black Friday, but did not build them before today. I noted a difference on the box; Transfiguration Class had a normal one with the 4 sets from last year in a small picture, however Potions Class had in the same picture the sets that are coming this year instead of the other 2 from last year. I do not remember how long we have known about the moments set that are coming this year, but apparently they have been a while on the boxes For 20 euro they are nice sets (not worth 40 that is the normal price here), fun to see the different ways designers manage to build senary that fits in the books. A little sticker heavy for my taste, but I display them closed with the minifigs on top so no problem then that I did not put them on.. Will try to get the rest if the price is right, should be possible to get the other 2 from last year at a discount if they retire now

    I have not read the 8 pages so sorry if this is old news Apparently the trains retire next year: July 31, 2022 60197 Passenger Train 60198 Cargo Train So I assume they are replaced with new ones if not they would probably retire in the end of the year with the other City sets

    It is probably a handful of extra parts that can be added in set so probably not so easy to notice if you do not have the other set to compare them. The Ideas blacksmith had so low budget the designer had to choose between a horse or a chicken, normally they would be nowhere near each other in value except in the Lego design budget apparently, so what one part cost there compared to another is not so strait forward I think

    Yes still waiting for my pigeons (and crows for that matter), however with all the animals we have gotten in the last couple of year I have hope we will see them soon

    The owl comes in a new colour in 76396 Hogwarts Moment: Divination Class or rather in comes in that colour without a print for the first time. More use to moc builders than me, but better than nothing I guess

    Welcome I would be happy with more than one owl in a set for once They never said that... Is it not the previous announced move to make prices the same in different European countries? We in Norway draw the short straw again, as an example over on Brickset the 75252 Imperial Star Destroyer increased 90 euro here so now it is 790 euro Glad I am not collecting SW

    I think the cards were a very good idea and hope we see new ones in the years to come I am glad I did not trust my luck and ordered all of them of BL. The last days I have built all the sets with cards except the 2 biggest and so far I am missing 7 so will see how far I am from a second set when I build the last 2. I do not have Fawkes or icons yet, but they do not include any right? I am sure they could make several hundred different cards if they wanted, if we do not know how the character looks they can just use their imagination and make known WW characters I see that 3 cards are from FB and they ask about HP and FB when you leave feedback on the sets so I hope that is a sign they are not finished with FB yet FB sets would help give the sets more variation after all it is a limit to how many Hogwarts sets we can get before there are too much repeats..

    There is no point in giving us a GWP 1/1-22 since a lot of you have no patience and will buy the modular day one anyway They will give us a GWP later to try to get the stingy ones like me to buy it for full price

    That was a disappointment However it is not all bad, the animals are listed with a price and (the horse aside) the price is not half bad at least so when we finally can order them it won't cost a fortune

    Previously I think they were added one of the first normal working days after the date. Lately it seem they are added the same time around the world within 24 hours of the date, so maybe someone somewhere get them 00:01, but here it is in the middle of the night, so early in the morning is usually a good time to order parts here I hope all the new animals are available in the morning at a decent price (I assume the horse is expensive, but hope the others are not) Edit: A lot of the new parts are added to the store when the sets are, but not possible to buy at that point, so I do not give anyone false hopes

    I have no interest in them at all and often they have really high thresholds as well, probably since Lego do not make them and must pay money to get them Unless Lego have a interesting GWP I will as a rule always wait for a better deal in other shops later, so fine by me

    The only City set I have any real interest in beside all the new animals are the Horse Transporter, however with a price of 40 euro in Norway I will wait for a heavy discount before I buy it. For 40 euro it should have come with a herd of horses, looks like a 25 euro set to me

    I have built the DA during the last week and first of all the 16 year stamp make little sense, it is just as detailed as a modular building only that it is a much bigger set The build of all the buildings is very different and should be no problems for a Lego designer to do something new in a future set even if some of the buildings in the street is similar in shape to the once we have got already. I like the set even more now that I have built it, with all the details, colours and different built techniques I have been on the more DA train all along, but now I want the other buildings even more, as I have mentioned we could get a yearly set with a new building so we slowly can expand the street. The moments sets and the new Hogwarts style is more aimed at younger kids and the icons set is more for adults and display, so there is little new now for older kids and teens (and adults) in the theme. So I really hope the D2C is a minifigscale display set like DA or the first wave of Hogwarts sets, however I have little hope that it is a DA expansion

    Yes that is fine and I can only talk for myself, but the first year when we heard that we where getting a a D2C Hogwarts for 400$, I was sure it was minifigscale. No way it could be nanoscale with that price, look and behold it was and only half the castle to boot When I think about the price now it is similar, for 470$ it surly must be minifigscale right Not so sure it is, maybe it is Fawkes, with the sorting hat and a the sword to pull out

    I feel like people focus to much on the price of the D2C, since it is 470$ it cant be that and it cant be that. The AT-AT is 800$ so why is it such a big deal that HP get one for 470$ So never mind the price, what do you think the HP D2C is next year?

    I like the way you are thinking, but the phone booth is only used for visitors, I am sure they will go for a huge toilet instead

    Why not it is so huge that I worry a MoM will be nanoscale for that price What do you think it is if it is minifigscale and not DA or Hogwarts? Maybe Newts suitcase or house What about only the bank nowhere near DA D2C in scale, but deeep The carriage was when the trailer dropped, the suitcase I assume where announced later with the rest op the HP line where?
