    With normal I mean Lego animals that are made to look like real animals, not like minidoll animals with rounded features, doll eyes etc to make them look cuter.. A fox wound be great and the return of the goat in a new colour also Well all hope is not out, but it is not promising at the moment There have been rumours about a killer whale, caveman, mammoth and saber tooth in the Arctic wave. We got the two former there, but the caveman turned up in another city set. It is possible the same apply for the orca, but we are soon running out of sets.. Pretty sure it is not in HP or FB

    You have come to the right place Nice comparison of pigs (still missing one to complete your collection ). The pink pig is definitely one of the better animals I put in the unnatural category, but it has doll eyes That said I will probably acquire a couple since they are so close to what I like to call "normal" Lego animals

    The Underminer Bank Heist 10760 has a parrot in white for the first time, as far as I can see it is the updated mould, but bricklink has it placed with the old parrot for now (probably wrong)..

    No, but it is in the creator expert range and if you add 1 or 2 extra carriages, tracks and a side build like a train station it is in the 2dc range.. It has been some talk over in the train section, that the reason Lego have not released any creator expert trains the last years is supposedly since they do not sell as well as other creator expert sets in the same price range If that is the case it is probably more likely we will get a normal hogwarts express and not a d2c (in the next wave)

    So far it is only rumours! The quidditch set is probably happening, but a FB Knight Bus seems strange to me.. If that is true, then Lego sure do not take much chances on FB The first film did not get any sets and the second get 3 where one is the Knight bus known from HP, two is a carriage set that with a little moding can fit in as a Hogwarts carriage

    That would be be the first It is possible, I have not thought about that solution.. I do not think they can push down 6 more figs in the normal box so then they will have to make one slightly bigger.. On the other hand strange that they should increase the number in the box just because there is 22 different figs in a series With 60 figs in a box they can theoretically have up to 60 different figs also, the more figs the more people have to buy to get the one they want on random or to get the hole series. The cost increases off-course with every fig so there is a crossing point between 1 and 60. If every fan just buy 1 fig per series, the ideal number of different figs per box would be 1. On the other hand if every fan on average buy every single fig in a series the ideal number of different figs per box would be 60. Hard to tell where the crossing point is, but seems like it is over 16 at least (could also be different from each series)

    I wonder what the distribution of minifigs will be with 22 figs 22+22+16 22+22+8+8 22+21+17 22+21+10+7 22+20+9+9 22+20+18 22+16+16+6 22+19+19 Etc I assume there is no Golden Potter or similar that are not in every box, so the first 22 should be OK. Then we are left with 38 figs, if there had been 20 figs they probably would give us 3 of each, but that is not possible her. It could also be one or several rare figs that are only 1 per box, what do you guys think is the most likely distribution

    I finally got my hand on this series and I must say it is better than I thought! It do not have any figs like farmer, knight, indian, plumber etc that I really want and only one new animal (I thought it was to big). Turned out that it did not have any figs that I really do not need like the normal series always have, so I ended up keeping the hole series for the first time. Also kept all 3 elephant girls because the mouse was much better than I initially thought, and planning on getting 7 more So all in all a great series, but hope that series 19 is a normal series again

    Who is expecting it to be the knight bus, that is the question Would be odd if they not make it for second wave of HP sets in my opinion. A lot of stuff will happen in the new FB film, only two sets are made, one from the escape with the carriage which is fine. Then the second set are the bus who may or more likely not turn up in the film?! If we get Dumbledore in a FB set it must be that set, I am pretty sure he is not looking after the animals in Newts suitcase set

    Well every minifig have at least 5 parts, so 8 on average do not say much.. The figs will for sure be very different some have wands and some not, some may have a cape, other do not etc.. The most interesting thing about this is that Amazon.es has started putting up info already, leaks could be closer than we think

    @Paperballpark if you have seen any of the HP or FB sets that are coming out this year as well?! If so we sure would like some info over in the Harry Potter 2018 tread Happy for the SW fans that they finally seem to be getting a new CC

    I am unsure if any of the new parts on the mammoth are reusable as an elephant, so that do not increase the chance of seeing a updated elephant mould any time soon A male lion on the other hand only needs a new head like the sabretooth did so it is more likely. The elephant from 2003 had 12 different parts (19 in total): 4 parts are still made today 4 was only made for the elephants 4 already existed in other sets, but are retired now So they only needed to make 4 new moulds for the elephant, if they make a elephant now it may have less parts, but they still must make most of them of new moulds.. How many parts do the mammoth have is it only one body + head and 2 part tusks?!     I guess it will for sure have the sets there, but SDCC is only a week before the sets are in stores, so that is to late to reveal them in my opinion Some shops probably have them on self by then..

    If i remember correctly, you can order around 15 different pieces (and up to 200 each).. If you are planning to order a lot, then order all the parts you can online first, then just after call in and and the ones that are not online to your existing order

    Because Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery game is released today! WB are one of the companies behind it, so since we got a set for the trailer to FB, we might get a set for this game also

    Let's cross the fingers that a new set is revealed today, if so i hope for WW (so we can solve the combine/connect set issue), but i will gladly take anything we get

    Well almost everything Lego made around that time look like today's junior sets, no wonder they nearly went bankrupt We will for sure not see any junior sets this wave, but if the sets are popular (99% sure they will be). We might see them in future waves, the junior sets are expanding across more themes every year.. Personally I do not mind as long as they are in addition to the normal sets and not taking spots from them in the line up.. Minifigs in junior sets are probably useless, but they may include some interesting pieces with a high chance of more animal moulds

    To bad there is only a eagle and a fish when last years had 5 animals, had expected more when the theme is outdoor adventures.. Will of course buy one and some extra eagles as well

    Thanks for the info, we are starved for news! Another animal mould for FB This is most likely in Newts suitcase I guess, very pleased it is not only brick-built animals in it (if it had been up to me all would have been moulded, not very likely so I take what I can get)

    Well I think Privet Drive is more or less last in line of houses in HP to have a set, it is just a normal house.. The following houses on the other hand are wizzard homes and all have there own distinct style and would make much more interesting sets in my opinion The Burrow Shell Cottage 12 Grimmauld Place Hagrid's Hut Lovegood House Malfoy Manor If they make PD then one with all the owls sitting on it would be my choice

    I am sure Lego would never release unnamed HP characters when they have so many figs people are expecting them to make.. Penelope Clearwater have a very small part in the finished film, but at least she has her name on IMDB so that may very well be enough to get a minifig! Rather odd if we end up with a fig of her before her boyfriend Percy Weasley

    It can be combined, so not necessarily connect.. The GH has holes to connect it to something, if that is the WW, d2c or both time will tell That is not confirmed, but possible yes..

    I agree, some figs are better suited and more likely to show up in cmf than normal sets.. What the you guys think about the ravenclaw student in this first wave? We would all like to get one, but in the two first films they are very anonymous We have gotten Susan Bones, but Hufflepuff students are much more prominent in the first two films.. Turns out the girl playing Susan Bones is the daughter of Chris Columbus the director of the fist two films

    Ok, Crookshanks is more likely to get a new mould, because he looks different from the Lego cat, but I am not expecting him before the second wave

    They are digging out a dragonfly printed brick in the starter set Have the husky in the other set a different print? Looks brown to me
