  1. Thanks. the dome is removable to show this:
  2. Its primarily made from 1x2 plates to create the shape.
  3. No problem, always curious about the decisions behind uncommon parts usage.
  4. With the 2x2 inverted corner slopes over the second floor windows, the standard method of integrating them into the dark red wall would be by using a dark red 1x2 slope brick lowered one plate. Why did you end up using the 1x2 plate with a slope? Did it reduce the gap or was there another parts related reason?
  5. The white hearts were a great way to complete the triangle.
  6. Looks great. The Aqua light blue looks very nice with he dark red.
  7. The third design is just Studio renders at this point but the interior second floor is supported by several things; the left-side wall, the column, the trans-clear panels on the bookshelves, and the right side wall. The Balcony top, all of what you see in the interior image, is designed to be removable. I haven't decided, and therefore modified the design, how much of the facade is removable, the curved roof is removable, but on V2 you can remove the angled brown book, the three other book tops, dome, and red book to access different parts of the Library.
  8. Here's something I've been working on for a bit now. It's the third version of my Bookshelf Library, which was originally inspired by the Kansas City Public Library. The tree was designed by a friend of mine. As a point of interest, here is Version 2. And here was version 1
  9. Beautiful job. Looks spot on.
  10. Wasn't this in the movie Moistal Engines?
  11. Build a circular island in the center of the pad and it becomes a roundabout.
  12. Looks great. I've always liked vertical Lego castles since that yellow castle alt build.
  13. Something to bear in mind is that while the straight tracks will fasten to the baseplates, the curves will not. Some people solve this by putting a layer or two of plates under the track to simulate ballasting and place tiles under the curves. of course you can also secure some of the straights and let the curves rest on top of the baseplates, the slight height differences won't be a problem.
  14. One suggestion I’d make is that the wing ball laser-turrets didn’t hold a person so they shouldn’t be be transparent.
  15. There are plenty of photos, you should try building it yourself using all the available images. Parm might even take some additional photos of parts you cant figure out. Great model by the way.
  16. I did the same thing around 10 years ago; I ended up building a midi-scale LAAT/c after building both an LAAT/i and AT-TE. But yours is excellent.
  17. MY only problem with new road plates is that there are no curves.
  18. Great updates, keep posting them.
  19. I hope they can secure it during rough seas. 😁 Very true, you cant get better if you never start.
  20. I think it’s a really cool design and the first Lego version of this fort I’ve seen; I like it in the traditional white, yellow, and red colors. Most are variations on the squarish set forts and outposts. On the sloped ramp, did you try raising the last 2x2x3 slope one brick?
  21. Both ships are great, can we see more shots of the helicopter?
  22. Very cool. The wedge plates are a great way to cover the open knee joints. What are the shoulder pads and how do they attach?
  23. I picked up a damaged box set from my Lego store with a big enough hole in it. Does anyone have the complete box contents so I can request replacements from Lego if necessary?
  24. Looks good with the Book Shop set. I like the lights by the front door. Interior is great.
