I have found rare things too, but not licensed. I have found the vampire bride's dress, a sensei wu torso and hat, collectable minifigure parts, the crazy scientists complete body and head, and the faces of the ninja from Ninjago.

This is what I want: XXXXX Bug Battle Pack 97-115 pieces $15 Comes with a mosquitoid, green buggoid, mantizoid and a red buggoid they would all come with weapons and a little spacecraft or speeder. Also comes with a purple cacoon. XXXXX Larvae Accessory Pack 87-114 pieces $15 Comes with 7 pink cacoons and 7 larvae. It would come with a little nest type of thing. XXXXX Bug Hive 895-1,015 pieces $100 A wierd shaped base with a lookout tower, a dungeon room, a control room, a landing pad and also a place where you can release a laser cannon (similar to the kragle function in Lord Bussiness' lair). It would come with a small spaceship kind of thing and 2 cacoons. It would have 7 minifigures. 2 mosquitoids, 1 mantizoid, 1 green buggoid, a new commander bug, Billy Starbeam, and his robot sidekick. They would have a small hovercraft or mech. Yes it does. My 11 year old child gets excited about both, the minifigs and the structure while my 8 year old son gets interested in what pieces come in the set and if they are useful for mocing. My 2 sons use the minifigs as citizens in their town and thats it. The two of them always HAVE to finish the whole set before playing with it and don't care that much for the minifigs. The only reason they get the minifigs is to populate their town or to just collect them. But from what I have seen with other kids they always play with the minifigures and leave the build half-way done, so the answer to the question is yes. Anyway a set similar to the minifigure packs is this one.

Actually the Friends theme is not going to retire until like in 30 years! also it is not taking space for any themes. The friends line is very popular now and it is not retiring soon.
