That's... odd?

Yesterday I scored 79000 Hobbit Riddles of the ring for £7 at Tesco (Box had been opened by some delinquent but was all there)

Not on a set (apart from licence plates for vehicles which is the norm), maybe the instruction book or small print on the box. TBH the majority of Lego fans are kids & won't be interested or even know that sets are designed by different designers

Older torsos & arms also cracked too so wouldn't be beneficial in searching them out specifically for the purpose you have in mind

My thoughts: Calamity drone: Will get 1 of these for the dress & hair, the fact that she's a droid is disappointing President business: Weird hair, will maybe get one for the torso & mug Hard Hat Emmet: Doesn't interest me, it's nothing special so won't bother with him (shock horror!) Wildwest Wildstyle: Will get 1 of these for the dress & hair Abraham Lincoln: Will get 2 of these, one to keep as Lincoln & one to modify into Isambard Kingdom Brunel Mrs Scratchen-Post: Will get 1 of these Scribble face bad cop: Will maybe get 1 of these for the phone William Shakespeare: I will get 2 of these Gail the construction worker: Another that doesn't interest me too much so won't bother Larry the Barista: Will get 2 of these for a coffee shop, like the hair & mug Velma Staplbot: Another weird droid, will get 1 for the hair, torso & tile. Taco Tuesday guy: Will pick up 1 of these , pretty similar to the last Mexican but love the printed plate Where are my pants guy: Will get 2 of these for the torsos, face is ok too & the hair will be useful for a rockabilly fig Wiley Fusebot: ANOTHER droid fig(!) Not overly impressed & another that I will be avoiding! Panda Suit Guy: "Who lives in peace 'neath the willow tree? Sexual Harassment Panda!" Will get 1 Marsha, Queen of the mermaids: Nicki Minaj! Will get 1 Pretty disappointing series overall, had so much potential but lacks variation. What was the need to have 3 droid/drone/robot figures? 3 figures I definately won't be getting, together with 2 may pick ups makes this the worst series they've produced!

The heads appear to be far too big to fit in with regular minifigs, they remind me of bobblehead figures, they're just too big, to Megablocksy & strange as this will sound... too cartoony! The more figures that I see from the series, the less I want them.

Glasgow had a soft opening & then the grand opening a while later & gave away a T shirt on the Friday This on the Saturday & a minifig pack on the Sunday for the first 300 people through the door who spent £25 or over on each day

I'll admit to buying a collection a few years back that had the usual mix of Lego & other assorted stuff (K'nex & Megablox) & throwing all of the clone brand stuff in the bin with the exception of some of those double sided plates

Ice cream van only for me, not keen on the rest! I'll get the kebab vendor off BL. On the whole the first wave of sets next year is very disappointing for me! Out of all of them across Lego Movie/City/Friends I'll maybe get 3/4 sets

Had a few chewed parts from BL sellers Had a few fake Lego bricks for BL sellers Had a few orders which stank of smoke (I've flagged a message against these sellers if ever I go to buy from them again)

I got lucky one day at my local TRU store, the day I went in they were changing the feature wall & this was on the floor waiting to go through the back & put through the compactor! (When I worked at a different branch I could've had a few other Lego items from the feature wall display but didn't bother & they ended up getting crushed). It was a ceiling hanger & has flasher units in it. Set 3177 in front of it should give a size of scale

Looking at the initial, small, blurry images, it would appear that a lot of my money will be staying in my pocket this year! I'll await the better quality images but fear the decision will stay the same!
