Big talk. I think if Heroica has proven anything, it's that Heroes will fight their way through anything. It doesn't matter if they're going up against a goddess with the odds seemingly stacked against them, they will figure out something you didn't plan. Like blowing up most of the party to do significant damage. Also, I feel that a quest shouldn't be designed specifically to make the Heroes fail, it should be designed to move forward a plot of some kind. If Heroes want to grind in battles, they can go to the Fields.

Like nothing I've heard of, save Jadec Marr. Jadec Marr's a legend, a folk tale. Don't be ridiculous. Well legends start somewhere, right? Whoever he was, I barely caught a glimpse of them. Wildmen are unpredictable. They'll dig anywhere they want to. It's possible they had a cavern built up near by, and burst into the mines. Well, here we are. The Duplovians are visibly shaken up by something. As soon as the heroes come into view, the miners glare at them in wide-eyed fear. Before they can react the Duplovians have grabbed weapons and are charging. What is going on here!?
