  1. I really like how you used the baby-Jabba thing as a head. Looks great. Steve
  2. Some landscaping would help a lot. I'd put some windows in the window holes. I also think the bellfry should be at one end or the other, not in the middle. Maybe toss in a few dark grey bricks in the large light grey walls. To break it up a bit. Maybe some tree parts as ivy would help too? And, rather than using the slope bricks, I'd made them steps and then put dark bley cheese slopes on the steps. Something about it was really bothering me and, at first, I couldn't figure out what it was. Now I know: the roof should overlap the walls, rather than being flush with them. Steve
  3. The final entry... Picture is a link to the flickr gallery. The overdue brickshelf gallery. And just click the group shot to persue all of Alice in Miniland. Steve

  9. Nice bridge. I'm not sure about the windows. It doesn't look quite right here. They don't seem to be a part of the wall. But I think its a technique that could work well, if you played with it a bit. I think the building needs to be taller. Also you should give more room for the trolls. As they are now, it looks like they're standing in line waiting their turn to assault the fortress one at a time... Steve
  10. Or if you prefer, the whole tarty Brickshelf gallery. And all of Miniland Wonderland. Steve
  11. The real trick would be distinguishing between yellow Luke and fleshy Luke... Steve
  12. I'm not sure it really fits with what I think you're looking for, but I did up a tree-house. Steve
  13. I think that was what the Jungle subtheme was going for. Already did the Himalayas with Orient expedition... But I am going to do a Adventurers story based on Shambala... Steve

  20. Found this on neatorama: Star Wars Lego Foosball Table Pretty clever... I wonder if they have a brick built ball that is sufficiently round to roll. Steve
  21. Unlicensed, please. I'm not a huge fan of licensed themes. Though I can't think of any recent popular western movie that could be a potential license, so I don't think its much of an issue. Steve
  22. Here are some other discussions of the idea (which I'd shared in Macoco's previously referenced prior thread): Africa New Subthemes Plus all my thoughts and extensive descriptions description of how I'd like to see Adventurers continue. Steve
  23. The chief viking's spear is an interesting design (though I'm not sure how good a spear it would be with that big ball under the point). The firewood is also nicely done. Steve
  24. Here's my fig, if anyone wants: Though, I'm not sure why anyone would... Steve
  25. I don't like BF's helmet. It doesn't seem very Lego-like. It looks more like someone took the helmet from an action figure and stuffed it on BF's head. GG looks very action figure-y too. Though he still retains a bit of a Lego-like feeling. That neck, head and torso hardly look like Lego at all. I think something of a cross between this version (which is too much detail and new parts) and the old version (which was terrible) would have been better. Steve
