What an interesting ship Captain! Once I finally finish L'Orient (probably during this week) I have plans to build a small ship much like this one. I've got several small hulls and they need to get a purpose. Nice work and very inspiring. There's nothing bad about this ship. The shape, sails, colors, rigging are all designed with the kind of professionalism we've come to expect from you.

146b A pirate MOC called Imperial Dock which I found on Brickshelf. If you watch the pictures closely you'll see some remarkable and inventive techniques! The entire gallery on Brickshelf.

A mighty vessel this 2 decker of yours. The colors remind me of a Spanish gold ship transporting the gold from the New World to Spain. Did you foresee a possibility to open the ship so the inner deck are accessible? Are those torso decals your own design? Some suggestions: - It think the part above the red line is too much. It makes the ship too high as mentioned by Norrington. - I would also get rid of the part to the right of the green line or at least remove the slope. This slope looks unrealistic and I don't see the need for it.

Building a fishing boat is something I'm planning for a while now. I'm awaiting the pictures of this MOC with great anticipations NewRight. Let's hope the result is as good as the teaser pics

Review: 7979 Castle Advent Calendar (First Look)
Bonaparte replied to brickbitz's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I think the box looks fantastic. The winter scenery with the minifigs and the castle in the background. Pure art It contains a lot of useful little items that I can use for a MOC I'm building. Also I wanted to have a dwarfs beard for some time now, so here's my chance without me having to buy a big set. Besides all those reasons I'm buying it to get a jester and those females. Just ordered via Shop@home. I don't want to miss this one! -

He's already being celebrated and he's not even death yet? Thanks IS for the professional work you're doing with the newsletters. I'm a loyal reader of your letters as I read them each time I get one in my mailbox. -

I've given you access to the academy Captain. The instructions are for the photo's, but not really mandatory. Then you just have 1 picture less but you can compensate that. -
Being someone who likes cats a lot I welcome you on Eurobricks! A remarkable MOC you've created. It's so nice of you to join us.

Nice work IS! It interesting to see the history of minifigs. Are you planning to cover more 'years' and make this a series?

What an amazing set and a truly wonderful review! Thanks Simonwillems for the work you spend on this.

From what I can see from the various pictures in this thread this ship is a beauty. I'm considering building a ship that looks very much like this one (once I finally finish L'Orient). Can you share the number of mid-sections you are using? Or is that info still a secret?

Welcome at Eurobricks. I learned my English by watching Star Trek on the BBC, so don't worry about that

Welcome at Eurobricks! PS: There seems to be something wrong with your avatar because it's linking to a non-existent picture.

Tenacious Class Guided Missile Boat.
Bonaparte replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
These are looking very good Doctor S. I like both the Tenacious Class ships and the Courageous Class ones. Besides the good looks, these ships seem to have a high playability factor. I hope that one day you'll go for a larger ship because you certainly have a talent for building ships. -
I've had exactly the same thoughts as Mister Phes when seeing the pics and I couldn't write it better, so I'll just quote the Lord Admirals words. All territories around the Mediterranean sea and the islands in it are my favorite place for holidays. Seeing the pics of your MOC I got the Mediterranean feeling. Nice work on the MOC and the pictures. I hope you'll explore this building style even more in the future and bring us some more wonderful creations.

There's no strict number. As long as our teachers can handle the work then there's no problem. We've also had several graduations and some students becoming teachers. -
Thanks all! And thanks Captain and Mr. Tiber for the songs Till now I did nothing special unless you call working on a house special. But in about 20 minutes I'm going to a nice wok restaurant with my girlfriend where I will take a "as much as you can eat" menu . My mother made a nice cake so I'll have a dessert after the wok. Yes sir, I'm so looking forward to the 31st of October. It's sure has been quite a year. I got to know you and several other member a little bit better. It was a good year!

Good thinking, but it seem there's no such user. We'll have to wait for xpatriot720x to provide us info.
