Could 2014 Make Lego Fans Bankrupt?
Paul B Technic replied to BrickBuilder3213's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Surely you buy what you can afford? If you are not meeting your bills and payments then why would you buy LEGO? -
Surely the fans are what makes the business, while some of the ideas might not be just about making money they all interrelate and help to sell the LEGO brand...

What elements of LEGO are copyrighted?
Paul B Technic replied to DasMatze's topic in General LEGO Discussion
You could use groves, pins or some other method. Doing what you are thinking of doing "might" be okay and you might get away with it but then you might not :( -
What elements of LEGO are copyrighted?
Paul B Technic replied to DasMatze's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It is not easy to get a clear answer, I think you need to ask yourself if it is really worth doing it and the risks it brings? -
I have cut myself on pieces, broken finger nails, a few flying pieces in the eyes and some sore fingers for extended building sessions :(

Thanks for posting this, you have done an amazing job to fit some many functions in to this model. I tried to build something like this in late 2013 / early 2014, it was no where near as good as this is :)

Wha's a good and cheap camera to use?
Paul B Technic replied to Yzalirk's topic in General LEGO Discussion
As has been posted above, the camera matters less than knowing how to use it and get the best results from it. Take the time to learn the basic rules of photography and you will be able to produce photos that really stand out. -

I have just published a blog post on a new carry case system I have started to use, this seems to be good for "LEGO Technic" storage. http://paulstechnic.blogspot.com.au/2014/07/after-using-this-storage-case-for-few.html

Well the case I purchased a little while ago is not as great as I first thought, after using it for a little while I have found that it does not seal well and as such my pieces ended up getting mixed back up :(
