  1. No problem, I will be using DBG actuators in my build anyway. .
  2. the ones on the box pics appeared black but could be mistaken.
  3. Until we see what comes in the official set it probably isn't worth getting too upset about it.
  4. Welcome to the forum. English is required for posting so hopefully you can learn enough to post something most of us can understand. You don't have to post perfect English grammar, many English speaking posters can't even do that.
  5. I suggest you build it and the sides also and then see what you think then. ;-)
  6. A bit pointless to use a 3rd party app when anyone can download the app for free, if you already have control plus app on auto-update you will get it regardless. Building it from parts will most likely be the cheapest option if the track sections are available at a reasonable price, though being the unique part in a licensed set it is possible they may not be available from Bricks and Pieces
  7. Best just wait a bit longer for the official release, I know things have changed before but this was to be a set with 7 motors when it was first advised to retailers.
  8. A crawler crane would be great, there can be larger tracks and stronger booms with the new parts available
  9. I think we will find out more very soon, it cant be too long now before it is officially revealed, there are lots of conflicting rumors at present
  10. And a comparison of size compared to 8275. (mine was modified to look like a Cat)
  11. Pretty sure this isnt arriving in NZ until next year, hopefully it still arrives on Lego.com on October 1st
  12. I have been wanting those for a long time, still waiting and hoping that one day they will turn up. Red wouldn't be my colour choice though, either of the Bleys or Black would be fine.
  13. I wonder if some of the control plus sets may be discontinued rather than producing new sets and instructions for the new battery boxes
  14. You can build it and control it with the old PF system, but Lego no longer produce PF or sets using PF.
  15. Is it Ford? Haven't seen a Ford block with a distributor at the back before, mostly GMs?
  16. Both Battery Box and Hub are gone from NZ site but all the sets are still available Technic | Themes | Official LEGO® Shop NZ
  17. Price of shipping it to the end of the earth and high sales taxes.
  18. I am pleased I dont need to buy this set, $549.99NZ 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Zetros Trial Truck 42129 | Technic | Buy online at the Official LEGO® Shop NZ
  19. Pricing in different countries also differs as some countries include sales tax, others dont
  20. Yes, they were available from bricks and pieces for a short while after the Osprey was canceled, I was able to get them and other Osprey exclusive parts.
  21. I now prefer the PU motors. My first defender I built with the parts from the 42099 crawler and used the reduction hubs, but the second I built I used the new type differentials from the Top Gear car and standard hubs, it is using an L motor for each axle like the crawler still. it drives much quicker but not so good for climbing, though it would be easy enough to change the gearing if I wanted it to crawl more.
  22. The train hub is different to the Technic hub. The small technic sets like the 42109 Top Gear car and 42124 Off road buggy also give you the Technic hub and motors with a variety of technic parts for a lower price.
  23. It is possible that a set may be designed that doesn't use anything other than Technic pieces, but since Lego don't have a problem with system parts usage I don't expect it will ever be a goal. Just like the complaints in Star Wars and other themes about usage of Technic pieces.
