I despise all modern/abstract art. I just seems so worthless to me, especially Pollock, who is actually one of the most famous! *wacko* Is he famous because of his artistic talent? I love detail and it would be hard for me to find a scene (or a MOC for that matter) with too much detail. I like things to look realistic. The more accurate perspective one captures in a piece, the greater the talent is that the one possesses. 'Design' makes no sense to me, I understand a little bit of it, but not much. I just make art look realistic, detailed. I hate all that garbage on HGTV, obsessing over which color furniture to put into a room which needs to both correspond with the certain wall color and provide a certain 'mood' for the people in the room. Then it's which style of furniture goes with the color and provides a certain mood and how the styles and colors co-exist together, it goes on and on and on! Pick a color that's not to bright and go on with your lives goddammit!! A color is color is a color! Maybe it's just me, but I don't understand how these certain wavelengths of quantum particles refracted off the paint on the wall can determine whether you feel 'warm and cozy' as opposed to 'cool and relaxed'. All this analyzation of interior design is soooo trivial, why don't these TV shows go and help the needy with something important, not help the rich but lazy with something so very useless. :-| And the same thing goes for fashion designer stuff. I loath fashion trends. I could go on and on for ever. Oh, and I'm not that great at math nor do I like it.

I own those two KKI 'vignettes'. Very nice, Mr. Athos. It seems that there are alot of those red hats out there, I wonder where they all come from. It's like alot of the pieces in this folder. I was also just going to ask about the X vignette. X-D Maybe X-mas? 8-| And uh, Leper, that sure is an interesting 'occupation'.

Yay! That spelling error has been bothering me for so long. :-$

Welcome to the forums, Prof. Flitwick. Hmm, I don't think I've ever seen a HP MOC. Ever. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your stay. Calvin, I'm really getting sick of your attitude.

X-O I was just browsing S@H and here in the US the Clone Battlepacks are on Backorder for July 15!!! I'd say this has got to be the most popular sets ever for S@H. If they were smart they would keep them on the site for at least 2.5/3 more years, but I doubt if that will happen.

I commmented on this in another thread recently (don't remeber which one) and I can't wait to see some of this set. I just realized that I also posses that little Lego store Calendar thing that Sam posted, the same US version. I have never paid any attention to that, but now that I do some reashearch I see you are correct.

Or maybe they just reside 3,000 miles across Atlantic ocean and do not receive any foriegn channels whether they like or not........ Anyways, should not this be in the Theatre forum?

============================ EDIT Useless nitpicking tedious over-analyzation.....

Uuuhhhhhhhhh.................... Why didn't you build at least something and then make a thread with a few pictures? :-/ How is anyone supposed to critique a couple hull pieces stuck together? 8-|

Nice one, Mr. Dunamis. *y* I dobt I'll ever get this set, it just doesn't look that exciting, except the Stormies, which are really tempting. 8-| I like what you did with the doors, the folding of the prexisting front over it is clever. Although they are a little small, I would pull of the archs and tile(s) alltogether. You are aware that 'Imperial insignia' is really the Galactic Republic insignia, right? And uhh.....may I ask why the cockpit would raise up?

A. Wha? That miniscule hair-line (literally :-P ) is a goatee? EDIT: According to Bricklink it's a cleft chin. B. Wow, I was completely unaware that there were two different J. Thunder heads. 8-| Why did TLG make that change, I wonder. They look very similar.

What Series do you wish Lego never made
oo7 replied to V()()D()()'s topic in General LEGO Discussion
I personally despise Bionicle but it brings in alot of money for TLG, kids love the giant high-tech robots with huge weapons. The same goes for space, I don't like any space what so ever, but many others love it, except UFO, maybe we could do away with that. I would definately pick Galidor or Z-NAP, but since there not up there, I'll say Clikits. It's both silly and unpopular. Lego, I know you want to reach out to the other gender to both seem more family-friendly and to earn more money, but face it. Lego is a toy for boys and it's going to stay that way. So just give up the Belleville and Clikit garbage. Naturally there are some exceptions in the gender of the consumer, but pretaining to designing the marketing, this is a boy's toy so do what is easy and do what is best, make toys designed for males. -
Nah, you need the goatee, therefore 'Rascus' is better.

That was quite interesting Norrington, thank you for sharing. Although it seems to be megabloks, In the oder they appeared, I saw a shark, a stone pattern wall pannel, a key, a monkey, two swords, a spider, a bunch of BURPs/LURPs, a cat, a crystal, and a stingray all of Lego. Not only was the anamation clever and pretty smooth, but the sound effects were great. *y* EDIT: Looookkkk! Ittt'sssss Pheeesssss! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggZgpjJj6ww...related&search= That thing he does with his head sure is a cool! Wow he can do a Regan MacNeil too!

You cannot separate the torso from the legs, but besides that, you would be unable to tell the difference from a normal minifig. I bought that one up there, it's pretty good, but I might want more mimifig MOCing capabilies with Jabba palace figs. :-/ I have beame frustrated tring to pull apart Vader and Chewy multiple times, just to relize that I forgot they were magnets yet again. X-D Although, you can see a little square of black in the top whole of the back of the legs if you look carefully, but that doesn't bother me at all.

Forget about the World Of Warcraft! :-P official-linerider.com I really like "Die At The Slopes" and "Urban Run", but they're not in the videos section. Yet. Enjoy! *sweet*

Nah, the uppercase is not necessary when posting in a forum, its used for other purposes. Lazy? You are aware the BB code automatically replaces a (R) with a

Or Lego bricks, Lego pieces, Lego elements, Lego sets, ect. The word Lego describes the noun that succeeds it.

Obviously not an official set, but who's Noel?

Considering I've never actually come into contact with a 'shopping trolley' I cannot say either which way I feel about them whatsoever. However, shopping carts, they have great manoeuvrability for those narrow isles and they sure beat handle-ed baskets! ;-)
-
Hmm, I see...........Never heard of them before. Thanks for the clarification.

You really need to work on your English, Kirk. Do you really want others to think of you as a babling, obtuse, irritating little child? Kids, learn to type properly. It will do you wonders.

I have to disagree with almost everything said in this review. This hovercraft is spot-on accurate. The turning air intakes, not retarded at all, but perfectly realistic. The size is not oversized but actually ever so slightly undersized. Here's some reference; http://www.boatnerd.com/news/newpictures03b/waban-aki-m-pich

I'm sorry, as to my recalection I have never obtained possesion of any object known as "Silly". Please excuse my crude and obtuse randomness, but I believe that is the first time you have reffered to me as '007'. Usually it's 'Oo7'. Curious. Yeah, the topic of the topic, the argument of the thread, same difference. ;-)
