Which Battery Pack ?
JoeKaydear replied to Lakop's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
You should read Philo's article about Lego "Batteries and Battery Packs". -
You could consider using pairs of Lego Rock Panels [(BURP) -- Big Ugly Rock Panels] for obstacles, and connect them with some top 4x6 plates of the same color:

From this example in The Next Step , and possibly adapt it to fit your motor situation instead of a "clapper" sound situation. Be sure to click on the thumbnail image on that topic by Dean Hystad; I can't link it here. Below are images from brdavis. You could also look through these "NXT Break Loop" suggestions.

@ Vadim Unimogovich: Once you upload those new pictures, you'll have to "deeplink" the pictures so that we may see them immediately. Welcome to Eurobricks, by the way! Hexbug?
JoeKaydear replied to agrof's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Isogawa Yoshihito made a red Lego Technic "Flat-Footed Insect" that is comparable to the multi-colored Hexbug spiders: -

GBC Train Car (by Akiyuki)
JoeKaydear replied to DrJB's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
We can't see the contents of your Brickshelf folder yet -- are you talking about this GBC Train Module? -
You could consider using the 6044 Slope as part of a beam support system for your roof: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=6044

I saw this cool, modular '57 Chevy Monster Car by Paul Boratko on YouTube -- it looks like a mini 1957 Chevy done in Lego Technic style! He has a goal to design more bodies that can work with the same Monster chassis. Full description on MOCpages: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/368561 . Thanks for the info. It could be that the 1H2014 "flagship" will be released in March 2014 (as opposed to Jan 2014 for the models above). Details of this "flagship" probably won't be forthcoming for a few more months. Of course, there are those European Toy Shows in February that allows for sneak-peaks (and spy photos) of the 2H2014 sets.....

Sounds like a good plan! Do you live in a climate where it snows? I've seen outdoors train layouts at Legoland in California, but I'm not sure whether ice expansion on Lego tracks will force the parts apart or not....

That's a nice model of a manual typewriter that was common before the days of Word Processing and IBM Selectric electric typewriters!

Did you use Artifex Creations' Brick Lights for this? -
Your MOC kind of looks like the big "Tree of Life" at Disney World:

Some mushrooms are poisonous to dogs: http://www.petpoisonhelpline.com/poison/mushrooms/ . Luckily, the ABS plastic in Lego parts is rather harmless.

That's a nice mini race car! Do you know about the Flickr LUGnuts group? They have many builders of all sizes of Lego cars. Be sure to look at the various discussions on the left side of this webpage.

Nice combination of these two 2013 Hero Factory sets! +
