Happy St. Georges Day to all English folk!# I love England, my home it is indeed.
-
I'd love to see Cyprus trees, pitchforks, and those Insectoid helmets again.
-
Wow. What a lovely set with awesome minifigs. I am very glad indeed now that I didn't buy the last Slave I. Thank you for this awesome review CopMike.
-
Well it turns out my flight is canceled until next Wednesday...
-
Well I've just watched some of the BBC news on it, and it seems that the ash is high up where the air is quite stagnant, so they are saying it's not likely to move much.
-
Yeah, it'll be a bit hard although we can see each other another time soon-ish, hopefully... and unfortunately, no I don't. It's a joint flight so I have to flight to Charlotte airport, and then I am catching the flight to Gatwick, or should of been. And that may be a bit hard considering I am an hour away from the beach. EDIT: I've just looked outside my window and it's raining.
-
Really not good for me also, I have a flight back to England from Florida today and I'm supposed to be meeting up with my girlfriend on Saturday.
-
Ah, sometimes I do that, then I end up not needing them, so I put them back, build a bit more and a minute later I need them.
-
but then my mega Bionicle review spree will be delayed! (which I plan to do when I get back to England)

What happens if we aren't a fan of PoP? EDIT: I suppose it may just be a bit rude just to say that... I do like the change, it gives a nice break from the normal one. It's well designed.

Done the survey, more AFOL sets would be nice indeed.

Thanks for the instructions on these two sets. However, you may wish to know that the Lions set only links to a picture of the bag, and no instructions.

Aahh... I hate that feeling. Once I'd lost one of my Clone Commander helmets, my only one, the one that came with the old CTT, and I searched in literally every single box I had and I searched for weeks to find it... I gave up and ordered one on eBay. A few months later, I was sorting out my AquaNaut sets to put them on my shelf, and in one of the Shark submarines, I heard a rattling noise. I opened it, and the helmet was in there.

Where is a facepalm smiley when you need one... seriously, some of these are just stupid. Michelle isn't allowed because it contains the word 'hell'. So what if it does? It isn't a bad word. And then... you have the case of swear words, words which should be censored on a game with children playing on it, that are allowed. Seriously LEGO... sort this out.

I absolutely love these! I'm definitely going to have to pcik up the new Slave 1 when it comes out, seeing as the only one I have is the blue one with Jango. Only thing I'd say was to have some hair for Boba, but that's not a big issue as you never see him in the film without a helmet. :p

I absolutely love these! The first Toa were the best, the very first storyline was simple and the world was a mystery to them. These are nice and simple, yet utterly brilliant, just like the storyline. I love the way they all have proper hands, it gives a much more feel that they are living. I'm definitely going to have to take some of the design to improve my own Toa, if that is okay with you. If I ever put a picture up, I'll give you credit. (Although I won't make mine exact copes - I'll change a few things)

Sandy(I think it was her) posted a topic a while back showing all the female dresses, but I do not recall seeing an orange dress. However, you may mean this dress: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Nicholai...ifigs/queen.jpg The picture is from the 2010 Lego Castle/Kingdoms discussion. Hope I helped you in your search.

The Hobbit and planned sequel Discussion
Calanon replied to The Legonater's topic in Culture & Multimedia
They've already started on some parts of the film set, such as cleaning up the Hobbit holes. One thing I would like to say, is that The Hobbit is not the final book. It was written before The Lord of the Rings, and could be read purely on it's own without any real cliff hanger to make you want to read LotR. Seeing as the film comes in two parts, I hope they make the film a lot more true to the book, and I hope Howard Shore is the music composer for the film. -
It wasn't today, but I got back too late yesterday to post it. 8091 Republic Swamp Speeder I would of built it by now, but I'm going to wait until I return from holiday so that I can do a review of it. If anyone saw a tall person with bushy brown hair with that set and a ARC-170 (which I decided not to buy, would take up too much room in the bags!!) in the Downtown Disney Lego store, that was me. :p

Wow, so many many interesting dreams. Well, I had another dream about Eurobricks recently that one of my good friends who I know in real life who has joined the forum, had a MOC he made frontpaged!!! I must say I was actually slightly glad to find that the MOC wasn't frontpaged.
-
Hmmm... can English people who can put on an Irish accent who have at least one half-Irish friend join?
-
Greetings Lemon. :) Hope you enjoy your time on Eurobricks, trains are very cool. :) How many Lego trains do you have?

Why do people buy new sets and never open them?
Calanon replied to Ambo100's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Ambo, some people have jobs which take up a lot of time. In other news... hai Ambo and welcome to EB. :D You okay? Hope you enjoy your stay here. (I couldn't PM you) (EDIT) Sorry for the slight off topicness but I haven't seen you in ages) -
Hey Tom, welcome to the site. Just be mature and contribute to posts well and I'm sure people will help you if you need it, I will. Also, I think pictures of Mario stuff would go here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showforum=92 Not entirely sure though, so better get someone else to confirm.
