Wow, so many many interesting dreams. Well, I had another dream about Eurobricks recently that one of my good friends who I know in real life who has joined the forum, had a MOC he made frontpaged!!! I must say I was actually slightly glad to find that the MOC wasn't frontpaged.

Hmmm... can English people who can put on an Irish accent who have at least one half-Irish friend join?

Greetings Lemon. :) Hope you enjoy your time on Eurobricks, trains are very cool. :) How many Lego trains do you have?

Why do people buy new sets and never open them?
Calanon replied to Ambo100's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Ambo, some people have jobs which take up a lot of time. In other news... hai Ambo and welcome to EB. :D You okay? Hope you enjoy your stay here. (I couldn't PM you) (EDIT) Sorry for the slight off topicness but I haven't seen you in ages) -
Hey Tom, welcome to the site. Just be mature and contribute to posts well and I'm sure people will help you if you need it, I will. Also, I think pictures of Mario stuff would go here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showforum=92 Not entirely sure though, so better get someone else to confirm.

Signed, even if I don't have a a Mac I prefer them.

That great helm looks fantastic... would be nice if there was a small bit of plastic inbetween the two eye-holes to make it a bit more realistic, but I should just be happy we are getting one. I really can't wait for all this to be released... I'll certainly have to pick up those impulses when they are released. Proper gatehouse.

Ooh, some strange dreams! Never knew dreaming about forums was so popular. Zorro, dreams about other EB members are fine. Also, Zorro, I'm not going to the EB event so I'm not particularly excited about it, but I would be if I were going. The dream came out of no-where. (Side-note, I think I overuse the smiley...)

Hello all, I have searched to see if there were any other topics about this, and this is the place for posting things that don't belong anywhere else, so I guess it's okay posting this here. Last night, I had a dream that I was at a Eurobricks event in a large hall type building with peoples MOCs on display and lots of other members chatting to one another. I was chatting to a member on the forum, but I don't remember who, and we were discussing the Bag Building thread. The dream ended there. So, has anyone else had a dream about Eurobricks?

Personally, I like them both. Variety is always good. Of course though, I'd like the old katana in the pearl silver.

I'm speechless... so much detail... I wish I was able to go and see it in the plastic...
-
Ooh that's a tough one... both look really good, however I'm guessing if you want to do a town layout you'll want the mini-figures to have their own cars, in which case I would go for the Apple Tree House as it seems more of a thing to have in a town. I'd save the Family House for more villages and farms, if I were making the town.

It looks pretty good from what I can see and how small it is, and I like the windows on the front. Is there any interior? Lift-off floors would be quite nice. I'd also recommend throwing in some dark grey and arrow slits in the walls to break it up a bit so that it is more interesting. Possibly add some braziers on top of the walls? I'd love to see it with more troops too.

How open are you about your Lego passion?
Calanon replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I am very open with my Lego, any friends who visit will notice it as my bedroom is stuffed full of Lego! I don't have it as a conversation with anyone often, but I'm willing to talk about it, defend it from anyone that says that it is childish, and admit that I love it. I don't see any point in lying about it. -
I believe it's a timelessly tiresome. Yes, that doesn't make sense, but we seem to get repeats of all the same sets, just made better an with new factions. Sometimes made worse, but often better. If it were really tiresome, people who already have a lot of castle sets wouldn't bother buying those new ones. I must say, I agree with the above about the sets. It would be nice to see a decent mostly brick-built good and bad castle of equal size without the use of those wall pieces. I do like siege engines, but as long as they are good looking and realistic. The MMV was a breath of fresh air in the castle line, IMO. Sets like these appeal to children and AFOLs due to the brilliant design, unique new things such as the cows and the two soldiers/guards for added playability. I'm sure a good, realistic functional Lego windmill would appeal too.

I love Apple Macs (Typing this on a Vista...) and my family own 1 iPhone, 1 iPod nano (mine), and a Macbook pro. I find them alot easier to use, and also a lot more elegant to use too. Anything aesthetically good and practically good, I tend to like alot.

X-wing? It's an ARC! I haven't commented on any of your other threads, but I'd just like to say that ALL your designs are absolutely fantastic with such clever use of parts. The sheer amount of detail you've put in such a small scale is amazing, and I'm really looking forward to seeing your OT minis! I love also the moving features, they are part of what truly make your minis so great! When you've done OT, will you do EU? I don't want to see you stop!

Thanks for the review! This looks very good, very accurate to the actual Tie Defender. :) Questions: How much does the cockpit rotate?
-
It looks very good. Is there any interior? I'd love to see more of it! Also, what's the front and what's the back? I can't seem to work it out.
-
This looks very good! You've made a very sleek design. Well done. I can't find any pictures of the underneath, is there a landing gear?
-
I don't think that John thinks that.

One-Ring is awesome. :D
