  1. Exactly. Everyone keeps the same roles while preventing wait-out and forcing heroes to be less conservative in taking down harder enemies.
  2. If it's a boss or some other enemy one would want to wait out,, they're generally immune to negative effects nowadays anyway. No, it just ties up this loophole. Tanks can still take hits just like they're supposed to, but with editing the Gloves they won't nullify the need for damage-dealers either.
  3. While I would love to see Docken crawl into a corner and die because his insane build becomes completely useless, I like the suggestion of changing Counterstrike Gloves to 'returns damage dealt' better.

  5. Then what in the world is the point of using consumables if QMs plan specifically to nullify them?
  6. That shouldn't become commonplace. But a real time-limited Quest sounds interesting as hell.
  7. I've had to add some sort of wild card mechanic to every battle in Quest 82 so far to deal with two-three characters constantly buffing themselves with consumables. I'm fine with that, I like the challenge, and generally using them is enough to avoid the wait-out strategy, but I too can understand most QMs probably don't want to have to mix up every single battle to account for these sorts of loopholes and such. I'm still in favor of timed positive effects, and I don't think anything else has to be changed. I consider the second and the fourth pretty cheap ways of solving the issues, personally.

He steps silently forward, surveying the scene as the confused citizens look towards him. Then he turns to Thalion. "Greetings.   9. Pretty sure everyone knows how I am with making up more classes at this point. Here's one of my ideas for the Veteran Classes. As a whole new level of class rather than just more Expert Classes, I'm assuming additional health is a little bit higher than them. It's not all that different from brigand. Warlord's obviously a rip-off of Assistance. BARBARIAN CHIEFTAIN These eminent warriors lead their comrades like a unified tribe, just as the Walking Mountain did in his days. · Additional Health: +10 · Additional Power: +10 · Weapons: Barbarian Chieftains use everything barbarians can. · Job Traits: Restoration (See Paragon), Warlord - When three or more heroes act from the same row as the barbarian chieftain, those other heroes receive the Inspired-effect. Barbarian chieftains cannot inspire themselves, but can inspire and be inspired by other barbarian chieftains. Ferocity - Barbarian chieftains have a 1/6 chance of being automatically Encouraged at the start of every battle. · Battle Style: Unifying: Barbarian chieftains lead their fellows from the forefront of battle. 1.   10. True. Are all the questions this easy? Like twenty games so far. Heidi Hippo the hypo hero. It's probably the most I've ever been able to contribute with my role in any game. Lighting myself on fire to keep a fellow townie from doing so. Living through Harriet Slutter despite being (rightly) on seemingly everyone's scumdar the entire game. Did the exact same thing again in Silver City.

As each person inhales the gas, they begin to stop in the middle of their bout of pain, most getting their feet, groggy and confused. They're all still ill. The poison has still left them feeling sickly. Rian turns after thanking the (still slowed) Maurice, sheathing his bloodied dagger. "Huh? Oh, yeah, sure..." The alchemist uses his Diluted Arc Tonic, restoring Thalion's and Maurice's ether. He then looks over the Crimson Serum. "Weird mixture...doesn't have the consistency of a potion or poison. Much thicker. Beyond that...won't know 'til you try it." Crimson Serum Rian turns to Guts, pulling a crumpled-up sheet of paper of his own out of his cloak.
