Atramor nodded to Dyric and Namyrra. "Let's get to it, then." -

Atramor shrugged. "Seems reasonable to me. We all ready to get to it?" -

"And I trust we won't have a pack of undead at our backs this time," remarked Atramor jokingly to the new archmage. "Speakin' of which, I think 'ya can put some of these scrolls to better use than I can." He handed over all three of his scrolls to Namyrra. He turned back to Leonard. "Well, why the hell aren't the elves doin' anythin' about this bastard, then? Are they the useless kinda elves that spend all day singin' about trees or the Heroica kind of elves that can actually get things done?" -

Atramor hefted his shield once they arrived in the small building with what looked like a group of conspirators. He looked between the employers and nodded in recognition to Luke. "You were in Dastan, aye? Good to see 'ya again. Let's hope this is at least as successful." He scratched his chin, glancing at Belsant somewhat suspiciously before turning back to Leonard. "That all sounds straightforward enough to me. I've got to ask why a town that looks it's under the control of three different well-armed groups has a pirate livin' right under it, though. This place looks like a mess and would be ripe pickin's for a bandit, but last I remember the Lion Knights were a damn army." My Rat's Hide (SP:4, backwear) seems to be missing, I should have it equipped, although my total defense is right. -
Atramor glanced at the quest board. "This oughta be good." <If by 'good' you mean likely remarkably violent.> The regulator chuckled dryly, scooping up McCafferey and heading out.

"Oh, please. The last group was tougher than this bunch..." Miderun took a swing at Evil Monk from the front row.
-
In our DAMN party? Surely not...
-
Go Team DAMN!! I'm certain I never agreed to this.
-
Miderun rolls her eyes at Benji. "Does it look like he's trying to attack?"
-
I want to point out that that's also a really unique solution to diplomacy, Flipz. I might consider using it in the future. A tangible effect, but one that can't really be abused.
-
"Yeah, it sounds like this sorcerer needs a blunt object buried in his head." Miderun shook her head pityingly. "Magic..."
-
You should see the explosion of activity that'll probably happen tomorrow.
-
"We're here to find some missing colors," Miderun explained, then, scratching her head, muttered under her breath. "Aito ei alto, that sounds so stupid..." She shook her head and barreled on, with little regard for the man's stature or attitude. "You seem to personally be having some problems with that, sir. Are you responsible for the undead we had to destroy on the way here?"
-
"Keeping your dead intact like this is a terrible idea. You'd think once everyone figured out what necromancy was they'd start burning their dead like orcs do."
-
The Bright Polish only works on artifacts that already provide SP. Last I checked, anyway.
-
The Arm-Mounted Shield is an artifact and has nothing to do with an actual shield. You can't upgrade it but can equip both it and an actual shield at the same time.
-
Miderun weighed Serstyral and looked at the nearest tree, then just shook her head. "We don't have the time to chop our way through these woods. Let's head over to the cemetery."

Red Menace Mafia: Day Three - The Hunt for Red October

"Edward is screwed, our wily Russian-ness can't hold up against the awesome might of America?" Vote: Edward Gray (Endgame) -
Yes, an excellent first quest. I love the party and their interaction, plus it was nice to see some familiar faces. It was well-put together and I liked of course the final choice at the end there. All quests should end with a big choice in my opinion, and yours didn't disappoint. The only things I didn't care for were the Dragonlord's inclusion and some of those immense cutscenes. But they're minor issues in an otherwise great entrance into QMing.

Miderun nods. "Sounds good. It sounds like we have a date on when this mess started, too - the fellow here can't've been dead too long and the berries were still colorful when he was murdered. There must be a link."

Not bad, not bad. One to go. My money is on Edward. Anyone else? -
"What a mess." Miderun looks inside the barrel.
-
Miderun nodded in thanks as she collected her gold. "Hell of a battle, but we need to find the orchard now."
-
No, they would take normal damage from water and rock elemental damage. Don't think of it as being immune to all elements, just think of it as just another enemy type that happens to be strong against every element.
