Additional party requirements like that generally aren't an in-character thing. The experienced thing is mostly just for flavor, though I'd kind of prefer mid-level heroes.

It doesn't go to any use, since Winged Warriors can't be damaged when they're Flying (which is the only time they ever have flying multipliers).

Maybe I'm missing something, but has anyone realized how useless this item is? Winged Warriors can't be touched while they're Flying, what good is Defense while they're doing it?
