  1. Ooooooooh where to start???? It's an awesome layout, there's so much to look at! I'll start with the black sports car in this pic- Do you have any more pics? Also, I love the Prowler in your Flickr folder, that might just be my favourite sci-fi moc to date!
  2. Hmmmmmm, hadn't noticed the floaty head until you mentioned it! Might do a small redesign on that area.

I used to be a bit of a drift nut a couple of years back, my weapon of choice was a Bmw e30 325i Touring- I've had more old Bmw's than hot dinners! Anybody else into the older models? Currently I have a 1998 e39 528i with plans for another track/drift toy very soon!
  4. My Aunt had an entire bag full of polybags from the last Sun promotion, she priced them at £1.50 each and sold the lot at a car boot sale. She probably could have got more if she had listed them on Ebay or Bricklink however.
  5. I like this, think that's the first time I've seen the palm tree trunks used for something other than a tree!
  6. Thought I'd give my Galaxy Patrol minifig a bit more oomph! This is my first exo-suit so far, I'm more than happy with the outcome although I may add a little more dark blue at some stage. What do you think? S1 Spaceman is next on my hitlist for a little upgrade!
  7. I'd love to have all of your MOC's on display too!!! I regret having taken apart many of my Exo Force MOC's, those and a few city buildings my son and I built for our old town.
  8. Hey fella, Does your s6 space girl have her pink helmet? If so how much would you be asking for her and the Alien Conquest guy?
  9. In what way? What's weird about them? Do you mean just the above parts? Have you looked at the BrickWarriors site to see what else is available if these parts don't float your boat?
  10. Picked up my first Galaxy Squad sets today from the Brighton Lego shop - 70700 Space Swarmer and 70701 Swarm Interceptor, my son bought 76009 Black Zero Escape. I then came home and bought 30230 Mini Mech from Bricklink and also the CMF book with the toy soldier and a Chima book with one of the crocs from Amazon. And finally I placed another Brickwarriors order! That will do for today I think!
  11. Absolutely brilliant! SP3 is probably my favourite theme of recent years, all three figs look fantastic!
  12. Looks like a modified Sky Guardian from Exo Force. I'd have to agree its an awesome mech and a great idea! I'm looking at my display case with my Exo Force sets wondering what I can do to them!
  13. West Sussex, U.K checking in!
  14. Sorry guys, he went a long time ago. Must update this post soon with a new list of wants and haves!
  15. I dont have any yet but i've just got hold of a 180l fish tank with a small leak that could well be turned into a viv. We keep tropical fish mainly and have five tanks currently but both my wife and I have been looking into buying a lizard of some kind although we're not sure which one yet, any idea's or tips?
  16. It is crazy when you consider a couple of years ago I had a real victor that sold for less than that little old Lego one!
  17. I got mine today too, its nice but i'll probably use it for a custom figure like I did the gold one!
  18. Never buy from Firestar! Their markup is crazy, its much cheaper to go direct to Brickwarriors,Brickforge etc......
  19. + 1 for Teardrop Trashcan. Thanks for a great trade fella
  20. More excellent figures from you! And i'm from Brighton too! Cant say i've seen Jameson about but i'll keep my eyes open for him!
  21. I have two children and a huge Lego collection but we manage just fine. My sets are kept in our livng room in glass display cabinets that I change regularly depending what theme i'm into at the time, my kids know those cabinets are off limits! My son is nine and has quite a collection of his own, most of that he keeps in his bedroom on display. When he wants to swap themes he knows he has to put away what is in his room to make room for new stuff. We have a large walk in cupboard where we store the sets not on display so all he needs to do is ask and i'll get out whatever he wants. My daughter is almost four and has just found the Friends theme. She loves that and absolutely loves it when I get the minifig box out so she can create her own figures. I think the biggest thing that has changed for me is my sorted pieces. As I said we have a huge collection and all the lose parts were sorted by colour into lots and lots of large stacking boxes that took me so long to sort out. This was great for finding individual pieces but no fun at all when it came to building, my son especially hated only having one colour to build with at a time as I didnt want to mix the colours! This all changed last week when I decided to mix everything up again! My son had great fun emptying each box into one great big pile and building has become so much more fun for us both!
  22. Here's another idea, F-Brick do this mask- A little way down on this page-Bricklink Store You could always slap some red paint on there? Here's what it looks like on a minifig- In fact I like that mask so much i'm going to order a few myself!
  23. No its not, its a link! Try clicking it!
  24. I had a result last night, I saw an add on Gumtree for various sets advertised for £75. They were all mixed up in one box but all were complete and I knocked the seller down a bit to £70. After a day of sorting and building, heres what I have- Indiana Jones- 7682- Shanghai Chase Star Wars- 10174 Imperial AT-ST UCS 7672 Rogue Shadow 7669 Anakins Jedi Starfighter 4488 Mini Millenium Falcon 7259 Arc Starfighter 7263 Tie Fighter Toy Story- 7592 Construct -A-Buzz Creator 5864 Helicopter 6741 Jet Plane All with instructions and including minifigures too!
  25. Have you checked out the custom instructions for sale on Bricklink? Click here! I'm sure any of those could be used or modded slightly for your purpose, the quality of some of those builds is incredible
