  1. To Lego, Spidey is to Marvel what Batman is to DC. There's no way they'll skip out on Homecoming sets.
  2. Sad that it won't be a full line-up of sets, but I'm glad Lego is doing this for all Super Hero movies now - first Ant-Man, then Doctor Strange, now Wonder Woman!
  3. I don't think any pics have been leaked yet. I guess he's going off Sci's descriptions of the set. EDIT: Wait, I think he's referring to the set of the film, not the Lego set! As in, he's talking about pics of the actual bunker in the movie.
  4. I'd like to know this as well. Does Detroit Steel have the same head and chest build as Hulkbuster?
  5. Elvis is perfect! Instantly recognizable. I'm not even a fan of Elvis but I'd buy that in a heartbeat if it were a real set.
  6. Boba and Han are lovely. I love the way you did Han's hair and Boba's cape. Keep this up! I look forward to seeing more. Ultron and Vision, perhaps?
  7. Right. Thanks for the clarification. It's an odd choice for a set unless it's a key location in the film, but I'm looking forward to pictures!
  8. Thanks for that detailed information! We haven't seen that 'iconic ship' in set form in a long time; I'm glad to have a chance to get it again. Also regarding the bunker, it's great to see the return of baseplates in a Lego set. Hopefully this means it's spacious on the inside.
  9. I meant that since that ship hasn't been known to be in the film yet, people could regard it as a potential spoiler from the movie. I think info on the BPs are fine! As have been discussed in the past few pages, did you see if the Death Troopers had their pauldrons (a cloth piece) on?
  10. I see. I didn't know Y-Wings were in Rogue One, too. You had a legitimate reason to hide that information, then (given the spoiler-sensitive nature of some people); perhaps you should have put that in spoiler tags. Thanks for clarifying things!
  11. What's with the secrecy behind the 'iconic Star Wars ship'? Do the leakers not know what ship it is, or is it another pointless tease again? I really appreciate the leakers' good work but keeping people in suspense for no good reason really irks me sometimes.
  12. It's not an Eta-2, but a ship very visually similar to the Eta-2. I wonder how Lego will do the wings, though, with the smaller wings folding out from the outer side of the main wings.
  13. Hopefully Tony comes with his hair so that you can put it on while have his helmet off, like in the Might Micros set.
  14. Klaus-Dieter said it himself that he's not familiar with Star Wars anyway; he could have mixed up Yoda's JSF with an Eta-2. On the topic of size, the Eta-2s we've gotten are a fair bit oversized relative to minifig scale anyway. It's inevitable that Yoda's JSF will end up being oversized. If it were 100% minifig scale, I doubt it can hit the piece count for a US$20 set anyway (assuming it's US$20).
  15. That's incredible. I know next to nothing about Mindstorms but this still blew my mind! Never knew Mindstorms sets were capable of this.
  16. Their helmets are almost identical, except for the mouth slit on the shore trooper. I'm okay with Lego reusing the mold.
  17. Just a little anecdote I'd like to share. I visited a local Lego shop today and to my surprise, I saw a little boy come in looking specifically for "Pohatu, Uniter of Stone". His mother asked him how 'Pohatu' was spelt and he struggled a bit after "P... O..." and I happily cut in and helped him with his spelling. His mother added that he loved Bionicle and Creator. It was comforting seeing a little kid so keen on Bionicle, something I've not seen in a long time. Kids these days clamour after Ninjago and Chima. Then we were told that all the G2 Bionicle sets are on sale, "while stocks last". There were only a few Protectors and a couple of Kopaka Uniters left. I was shocked to find out that the Bionicle sets were going for 40-50% off. Lego sales are extremely rare in my country, especially for Lego specialty shops. Even so, sales usually only give about 20% discount. Such a drastic drop in price is almost unheard of. The Lego shop's desperation to get rid of its Bionicle sets couldn't be more apparent. Also note that my country, like the rest of Asia, will not be getting the Summer 2016 wave. I knew Bionicle was ending, and I admit that I'm losing interest in the theme, but it didn't hit me so starkly as it did today. I didn't have the heart to tell the little boy that not only would he not be able to get the Summer 2016 wave without importing sets from overseas, but that Bionicle was ending next year.
  18. Are those suits for the Ninjago movie? Or 2017's winter wave?
  19. Thanks for the tag! Out of curiosity, how might one qualify to get nominated for the DS II tag?
  20. I'm glad all the sets incorporate the new spring-loaded shooters, though. Those work extremely well and are better integrated into sets. They don't stand out and are easily removable if you don't like them!
  21. I'd like a tag. Thank you!
  22. That's a nice surprise! I might get it if the function is executed well enough.
  23. That looks fantastic. 1) Does it come in non-matte i.e. gloss, and 2) how sturdy is it? Is it as solid as a Lego-produced mask?
  24. I agree. The Rogue One wave is definitely the best wave this year, and I daresay even better than last year's initial TFA wave. All the sets are appealing to me.
