Sorry, I'm not looking for justification to do it, and there's not a chance I'd drive all the way back for one piece, not worth the gas anyway. I was just genuinely curious as to what people thought.

Quick backstory, I enjoy CMF series and try to get my favorite figures. I have in the 70 figure range right now. Recently, at the lego store I was able to assemble a s2 baseball player from the build your own figure bin. Well, all but the bat. I figured I'd eventually bricklink it. However, when the Simpson series came out, I had no interest in any figure...except for the bully , for the bat. That brings me to today, while taking a stroll through the Lego section at Walmart I saw a Simpsons CMF box, but it had been bought clean out. However, someone had, previous to my arrival, opened up a bag and stole the contents. All that remained was the torso, the stand, and...the baseball bat. I know walmart will likely toss the scraps out or allow an employee to take them, so my question is this, is it wrong for me to take the bat and benefit from someone else's initial stealing? Really this is just a curiosity post, I am not offended by opinions either way, I just enjoy open dialog.

Da-Shan has proven to be correct on Paco, and I see no reason why we shouldn't continue to trust him in the vote for Benito. I hope to hear from Katalina more today. She made the "that's not who I voted for" argument, but never really followed up on that. Seems like if she wants to avoid being the next primarily suspect, she'd better start talkin.

My brother worked at that location for a bit. He told me one time a box full of lego parts got dumped all over the floor, stuff was everywhere. Most of it was just scooped up and tossed out.

I voted for him early in, when it was initially revealed he was likely the scum's killer. Since each successive action he took was more scummy than the last, I let the vote ride, and honestly I'd still be happy to see him gone tonight.

The rules wont allow you to post your message to the host will they? I feel like it's not allowed, but we need to find some way for you to prove this or else you will quickly become the primary scum target.

I believe I've already addressed this, so in the name of not repeating myself, I will repeat myself. Once we confirm da Shen is leading us in the right direction, we can all narrow our search down, but until then I will keep suspecting everyone.

Sure, since you've never been able to get over the fact that I wouldn't jump on your bandwagon. Look, I'll add what I can, but speedy/Da Shen has basically dominated today. No one has really added anything beneficial since we've all been waiting for him to reveal what he found. Case and point regarding people having a lot to say: If speedy is right (and it seems we will have confirmation if the vote goes his way) then that means there will be only 1 scum player left to be identified. Obviously, I'm going to agree and say its likely one of the folks on the initial bandwagon with the 2 scum suspects is our best bet, but I have no confirmed picks, just passing suspicions. I've been in some contact with other players trying to iron things out, hopefully this will yield some fruit. Honestly Tiffany, everyone is upset when people don't talk, yet as soon as someone talks you get upset that they are just "asking questions". I will always contribute what I know, but sometimes I just have questions.

It seems Da Shan may have received word from the cop as to who was non Malone or Benito sabut we're yet to get confirmation on that. Sorry about above, I meant to say either the investigator told Da Shan or Benito tipped him off but we've not heard for sure. (Accidentally hit reply before I finished typing, darn edit rule )

To clarify, is Benito the confirmed scum from the cop? Or did he just randomly message you claiming to be scum?
