  1. I just dropped in to confirm, Adam here! I'll be reading if you need me...
  2. Do I build in the bathroom?! I'd never do such a thing! In the shower, however...
  3. This makes me proud to be 'merican! Really though, that is awesome, well done!
  4. Gotcha, just curious. Well, if you ever come this way Lexington, Ky is a very nice place
  5. Before making a separate theme here I'd be interested in seeing what kind of staying power it has. For example, Western was my favorite growing up and it was wildly popular, but now it's faded and become a sub theme for the historic forum. I loved the movie, just don't know how long we will be seeing unique discussions for.
  6. Bob, just curious from your banner, are you from Lexington, Ky or is that only the name of your lego town. I live near Lexington so curiousity got the best of me.
  7. Western no doubt, we spent years drooling over fort legoredo! We eventually got most sets, but never the fort :frown: Also, the kingdom theme was great, most of our building was centered in those areas. (I just noticed I used "we" throughout, that would be my brothers and I, just the way lego should be)
  8. That is terribly entertaining! Well done, you really were creative with the tower as well.
  9. I have been checking in most every day for a school...thank you! 1) Have you ever been in a Mafia School or Mafia game before? Nope, I've sure been waiting though! 2) If yes, please state why you'd like to sign up for another Mafia School. If no, please type "not applicable" Umm...not applicable 3) Will you be available for the entire duration of this game? Yes 4) Do you promise to not critique or insult my photography? Umm... 5) If we were in the future, what position would you like to serve on a starship? Why? The entertainment, I am a bit of a musician.
  10. I keep my CMF on a top shelf since many kids I know enjoy mixing minifigures. Not that it can't be undone, but I just don't want to take the time to retrace their moves. I still lament how badly I mixed some of my old sets, some pieces will never be found.
  11. I keep a steady eye on eBay for minifigures but recently when I search "lego minifigure" I have seen a bunch of knock-offs in the results. It's hard to tell in the thumbnail but as soon as you enlarge it, it becomes quite apparent. It's a real shame.
  12. Really well done, you've taken a serious subject and rendered it in a respectful manner. I really do like this.
  13. Building a life, brick by brick.

Wow, I see this MOC and read this comment and I can't help but to think...what have I done with my life lately?! Congrats on being an all around incredible person
  15. Do you want to build a snowman?! Oh wait...you already did...
  16. 6/8 and well done! I'll check the spoilers now...
  17. You have definitely put a lot of thought into details and it paid off big time! Well done!
  18. Well played! For some reason, people here often forget walgreens carries CMF. It's where I look if all the regulars are sold out.
  19. Your mosaics look awesome! Can't wait to see more!
  20. Cool to have ya! MOCs are always popular round here!
  21. Got the Big Ben architect set and the Viking woman CMF. Loved the Big Ben build!
  22. Cool, I've worked at 15 fps. A little more work but it generally feels smooth. I like what you went for with using non lego elements for the ground, it's just difficult to avoid "bumps" with things like blankets. Still, you've got a good product so keep it up!
  23. Ok you've got some great stuff going for you. Obviously, you have a way to animate things like gunfire and the likes which is awesome. Your builds look good as well. You've definitely put in a lot of work. Here our my thoughts to get even better. I'd suggest slowing down a bit. Focus on your walk cycle and cutting down on "bumps". This will cause the film to feel less jerky. How many FPS do you shoot at?
  24. The animation is incredible! Humor was well done as well, I'm looking forward to seeing more.
