Thanks! Thank you! The head started with the basket piece + some exo force arms. From there I just looked for a part to give the top some shape and create an eye hoe, and filled it in from there. The torso was a lot of work but mostly normal brickwork and fiddled with bars/clips to get the SNOT right. It's basically just built around the chest area and a central pillar, sorta. I may do a full breakdown eventually!

Never show your back to the enemy. Built for GOURD PARTY, a competition with some friends. I temporarily joined in to give them a little trouble during their round. Quick 2-day build. Got the general idea of what I wanted to do, although ran out of time to embellish more. I probably will revisit this eventually and clean up a lot of it. I keep forgetting to post stuff so here's a few things: Infected Needlemouth: Rust Ghoul: Overseer: The subject matter for all of these is pretty macabre, so I figured posting them all together was fitting. Images link to Flickr, which links to all the other angles/sites you might see these on. I wanted to avoid making this post too cluttered. I have some other things that I haven't posted that you can see on my Flickr or Instagram, that I'll hopefully get around to posting here.

I've been pretty busy, but I finally found some time to build recently. (Thumbnail leads to larger image) A pun on the word "eyesore", this is a large plant monster that sees using it's petals. It will be part of a collab with Djokson (otherwise known as WARHEAD here).

A new video by the leaker has just been posted, with a better image of the display. It now has color and looks more like a finalized display we'd see.

My entry: Magic Merlin, the Dancing Turtle. He's dancing on his shell because dance is an escape from the weight that confines us everyday. I made sure to censor (with the 2x4 tile) any material that audiences with weak constitutions would balk at. No turtles were harmed in the making of this. Also, just in case: proof that it fits in an 8x8.

Just for clarification's sake, the picture is: 1. A picture of a picture. 2. Folded, you can tell that paper has been folded both horizontally and vertically (although not perpendicular to the edges of the paper). 3. Of MUCH better graphic designs compared to the joke one that was shown. 4. Following the designs of these already released displays. 5. Not an "official" leak, so you cannot judge it based on quality alone, when other leaks by retailers are final products that have actually been produced to some degree.

Also do not forget that these aren't the leaked photos that LEGO themselves (or the retailers that sell their products) "leaked" themselves. These aren't leaks that were made to fuel sales, because having them a year early (if they're for summer 2015) or a good number of months (if for winter 2014/2015) wouldn't make much sense, especially for the former. So a non-official LEGO leak is obviously going to be lower quality. So you cannot compare this to previous "leaks" we've encountered. Also the picture will obviously look less credible when its a picture of a printout, and the paper itself has been folded. And we can be sure this is before the stage where the product has been mass produced already and the displays have been set and photographed.

Could you please unlink that then? Out of respect to the original person who leaked the pictures. That one picture might actually put his job in jeopardy. The original leak that everyone is buzzing about is fine however.
