    The wheels are the same as the regular but black (Bricklink) and these parts (Brcklink)added. connected with a 3l axle. Closed unimog may not be that common but they do exist.

    Did some tinkering after a friend visited the other day. He was quite impressed with the unimog but asked me why there wasn't a "closed" frame on the loading bed. Well there is now!

    I've just taken out all the red in the unimog so for me the best colour should be orange.... (or black)

    A little mistake in the review: The total weight of the Unimog with snowplow is not 2.5 kg but 4.5kg! But the review is cool. Can't get enough of this set!

    Changing wheels is a definite NO-NO for me! Sure it will smoothen the steering even more, but it takes away the charme of the unimog itself. For me the removal of the friction-pins does the trick quite nicely!

    Making a buck or two ( or over a 100) is one thing. But not giving credit to the original builder is too bad. I've got some great Moc's by others here on display. Some where build by the original designers and some of them were build by me. There is one thing I would never do: and that is sell them... (And even more saying they were of my own design...) It's a good thing this seller didn't get what he wanted and let's hope he learned his lesson!

    What to build? Record breakers! Build a record-breaking machine – something that could break a record (fastest car, heaviest vehicle, longest truck etc.) That's a real brainbraker....

    @ Binkmeister: You've got PM So far my investigations let to this! The model found on MOC-pages has been presented by Morten Frandsen... And if you google his name you get this: Don't think that he is a "TFOL named Yeeft"
