  1. The Technic Challenge for july is on! More info here! This challenge could mean a wide variety of models...... So let the discussion begin!
  2. @ Anio: Thanks for the extensive review! Hopefully you will place building instructions and some pictures of the snowplough soon!
  3. Maybe he sold it? Never the less: this is something between two people.... I guess they worked it out!
  4. Yet... 200plus views! It's is a awesome model!
  5. Even though I'm not a fan of any "instruments of war"; this model look quite impressive!
  6. I want this set, but with prices like these i'd rather wait another month! About movie 5 made by conchas... 4 down 3 to go!
  7. Cant wait to watch the movies 4 to 7..... Conchas has taken the time to show us the complexity of the 8110 unimog! (Even when it shows us some of the limitations of building with lego parts) so @ conchas: MORE MORE MORE
  8. Google translate says: Very nice;) Up to the trt wanted to do, but for now I have to limit ourselves to minifig scale. But please write in English only!
  9. Remember the 8070 has a turning radius that is the same... (And so has the 8297, 8258 and all the big models.....) It seems inherent to the size of the model!
  10. 8258 is about to discontinue the moment the 8110 will hit the stores. You might want to wait for the set to go the clearance-bins, but then again you might miss it... And once the 8258 is out of the store i guess the prices will go up!
  11. Awesome movie! It tells all we want to know. only 43 more day for me to start building......
  12. Sometimes it is not the money spent on a model, but the gratification on (re)building a model!
  13. @ Tito Nobre: I do not care that much on what is seen on the video.... As long you will make it as soon as possible.... Seriously... Show us all the functions, how it is operated, how big/small turning-circle of the unimog itself is, the turning radius of the crane, etc etc. I've got like a million questions.... Again: Lots and lots of thanks to Comunicade 0937, Jan Beyer and anybody else who has participated in this project!
  14. @ M3cc0: First: How about a litlle video? Second: thanks for posting the extensive amount of pictures. Just by posting them you solved a lot of mysteries... Third: were you allowed to keep the model or was it just on a loan?
  15. Nice presentation! So much details, so much functions. (Again...) AWE-some!
  16. @ Provatnik: I guess it is just a reflection of the gear (red arrow) on the black part (blue arrow). So just a camera glitch....
  17. A/s is a kind of Company abbreviation like Ltd (English), AG(German) or SA (French)or NV (Dutch). And i guess the guy with the grey scarf is a member of "Comunicade 0937" (The Portuguese LUG).....
  18. Usually the clues of who the designer is can be found on the stickersheets. This set, being an officially licensed model, hasn't got any clues... (or at least I haven't discovered them yet) Maybe this set was a joint effort..
  19. Just tak a few pictures from around the model at a white background With a little help from windows moviemaker it shouldn't be that hard.
  20. Looks nice! But.... I would love to see your bike in an "presentation".
  21. disappointed.... let down..... It's a good thing that i haven't read the words "epic fail"... Come on you guys! Who are you kidding! TLG is giving us an model that has everything we ever wanted. Maybe not with the all the parts AFOLs wanted, but then again building with lego has one main advantage: you can rebuild it in any way you want! Furthermore sometimes AFOLs seem to forget that LEGO is a toy.... Nothing more nothing less!
  22. A Chinese Compass is a magnet-less compass... Something like this! Check this
