  1. What else to say except, awesome. I'm totally dumbstruck by this!
  2. This painting has got to be a fake, Mitgardian jousters usually win!
  3. good to hear, as there hasn't been much happening in Mitgardia recently!
  4. this is really great work. And wheather Skyrim or not, it's just a very incredible moc. Nice techniques and all, but what I like most about it is the photography as this is the one skill I'm totally lacking!
  5. Strange title I got there now, but thanks anyways ... As far as Sci-Fi goes, I've never been a fan of it, and I will never be. So here, town, or pirates it's gonna be. However, since the intensity of the GoH experience was so high, all the castle stuff (minifigs, weapons etc.) now totally outnumbers the town and pirate material I've got in my collection. So GoH it's gonna be most of the time.
  6. I've always felt that Kaliphlin was full of lunatics, now I'm convinced!
  7. One thing though, currently it's strongly encouraged to join Nocturnus if possible.
  8. I really love the new horses, they make such nice action figures. Great to see so many of them in one single build, and I hope that we'll finally get them in some more colors!
  9. What a twist! I was really fearing the worst, and now this, great turn! As for the builds, awesome as always!
  10. Great project kai, what about adding pictures to the characters though? I could supply with a file if needs be. As for Steen Larsson, there is some more info about him on the second page of the Mitgardia thread. I also have a secondary character called Eric Grimmson, usually running rather unnsucessfully for PM.
  11. You might always use them as an enemy anyhow, given the task that was asked for in the latest challenge!
  12. actually most of us use their torsos, it's just that we added different arms to them. So in Mitgardia that would be green, in Avalonia light green and in Kaliphlin dark blue, so I guess it all depends on the number of arms you've got in the given colors. Anyway, Nocturnus is the guild that currently has the fewest builders left, and actuallly, not only monsters live there. Rumor has it that some humans remain despite all the doom ...
  13. Strange stuff happening here ... Anyway, I really hope that we'll continue writing the story of our world after the last challenge is done. This whole thing has really kicked me into building like never before, and I'd be sad to lose this incentive to build!
  14. well, gotta get into contact with the true mitgardian medium every once in while ;-)
  15. back home after a week in the mountains ...
  16. congrats masa, you surely did well! It was definetely fun to build in this guild and I hope we'll see some more mocs for varlyrio. I certainly really enjoy building here!!
  17. Great addition to the Varlyrio land/cityscape. Interesting action going on and nice choice of colors!
  18. Alright guys, thanks for the feedback, I'll see if I can take stuff into consideration @sk: actually the fence was meant to look like stone, but I'll try something else, if it looks better, I'll keep it @kai: it's a store house, that's why there are two openings on the canal side, somehow large hauls of cargo need to go in there, just like here, an opening on every floor: but I agree about the arch on the other side, I'll see what I can do differently there @dm. yeah, I'm not entirely sure how to do include the front facing large windows, I'm still waiting for inspiration to hit me
  19. As this is a WIP topic, I thought I'd give you an update of what's happening: the storage building getting there: I started construction of the feasting hall: critical feedback of course always appreciated
  20. Come on Cpt., we wanna see your mocs!!
  21. Looking really good, the only thing that I'd change is the path. For my taste it looks a little too straight. I'd make the fringes more fuzzy if you know what I mean.
  22. Thanks everybody for commenting! Your positive feedback is rather uplifting!
  23. What could be better with all this Christmas stress around one than sitting down in a library and reading! Great entry!
  24. Sorry for bumbping this, but #1: I really like this, and I hadn't seen this yet. Great stuff as always Legonardo. #2: If you had read LOTR and not only watched the movies, you'd know that winter does happen in the shire!
