  1. I'm with you on this one. As much as I love Toy Story, I cannot tolerate the thought of a sequel to the perfect ending. Ugh, this makes me mad. But at the same time, I am curious to see what they do. I'm conflicted.
  2. Thanks for sharing! I've been eagerly waiting to watch it in decent quality. As for the episodes themselves, I couldn't help it. It was too much for me to hold in .
  3. Series 1 and 2 always gave an extra piece to the small accessories for some of the figures. They stopped doing that series 3 onwards. Anyways, I've never heard of a missing piece from a minifigure pack, but I guess it's possible.
  4. "Captain America 3, featuring Iron Man" to me sounds more like it's going to end up being "Iron Man 4, featuring Captain America". I hope they at least have equal roles; I don't want too much Iron Man and not enough Cap in a movie called Captain Ameica. :-/ I'm also interested to see how the Civil War story is going to play out.
  5. Eh, not sure about this. As much as I loved Batman in The LEGO Movie, I just don't see how a movie based around him is such a good idea. I would rather see a movie based on one of LEGO's own IPs (*cough Bionicle cough*) rather than it's licenses. But I guess we'll have to wait and see how this turns out.
  6. And now there won't be one.
  7. Looks like IM4 might be happening...
  8. YES!!! I've been wanting a female ninja for a long time. The sets are looking really good so far! The minifigures are no doubt the best part of the sets. Also, I can't really make out many of the names, but the white guy in the dojo set looks to be named "Griffin Turner" if I'm seeing properly.
  9. I haven't seen a topic for this, so I thought I'd start one. Here is where you can discuss anything about Skylanders/Disney Infinity or any other video game that involves physical toys "coming to life". Since Disney Infinity 2.0 just came out, what are your thoughts?
  10. I've yet to see them here in Canada, guess I'll have to wait another week.
  11. LEGO posted on Instagram that they will be revealing something exciting in four days. Not sure what it will be, but there's a chance it could be Bionicle!
  12. I'm surprised by Elsa's Palace, it's much better than I thought it would be at that price. Definitely will pick it up.
  13. I'm thinking the packaging might be similar to this year's Chima Speedorz packaging. Cardboard with the hook so it can be hanged in stores.
  14. This is exciting! I'm getting an ancient jungle type vibe from these pics.
  15. It's about time the bears come in the sets! We'll see how they turn out.
  16. It's about time we get the soundtrack! I've been waiting ages, can't wait to get it!
  17. If they do reveal it there, I'd imagine they would showcase at least the six Toa (or, Masters, as they're presumably called), not sure about the defenders though. Also, didn't we get some info that they would be released in February?
  18. YES! But unfortunately, she's not part of the Disney Princess franchise, therefore she's not included in the license.
  19. It would be great for Captain America as he wears a helmet, but I don't think it would work for Spidey. He wears a mask that covers his whole face and I think a separate piece would make his head way too big.
  20. Yes! I really hope these don't disappoint, as I was underwhelmed with the first wave. The big seller here will definitely be Elsa's Palace. I hope we get lots of trans-blue pieces!
  21. EDIT: What he said.
  22. Costco has the 2014 City Advent Calendar now for $29.99, $10 less than retail.
  23. My local Costco got some Lego sets! Ninjacopter and LEGO City sets for pretty good deals. I only remember the Ninjacopter being $56.99, not sure about the others.
  24. I saw it on Friday, and while it isn't at all amazing, it's not that bad. The action scenes were the best part of the movie, and Megan Fox actually did a good job as April O'Neil (although many might disagree). I feel like this movie has a bit of an identity crisis. The tone is inconsistent as it switches from being funny to taking itself seriously. All in all, this movie is good enough to be enjoyed, just nowhere near the level of a Marvel movie, for example.
