  1. Look, no-one is denying that Glenn is either the or in contact with the investigator, but I see no evidence of there being a second investigator anywhere. The only other person who has been claimed as an investigator was Ari Nougat.
  2. The absence of a kill on day one can probably be put down to the vigilante choosing not to kill on the first night (correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that has happened in the past) and either a blocker or some other action-preventing role getting very lucky with the scum killer. As for the idea that Ari was any kind of investigator we only have your word for that Mr. Watcher-no-wait-I'm-a-Tracker-but-I-work-like-a-Follower.
  3. Well after some reading to familiarize myself with the role I can safely say that Trackers do not work the way that William would need them to in order for his story to make sense. A Tracker can only learn who a person targeted, not what action they performed. It currently seems most likely (in my opinion) he's simply lying to cover himself. What are you talking about? Mr. Plastic clearly stated that the 'Investigator' who contacted him was Ari Nougat himself, thereby rendering all speculation about there being two investigators based on that information utterly invalid. And why would you believe Ari's ridiculous story anyway? If he really was converted there would be no reason for him to tell everyone about it. The fact that he did suggests that he was scum from the beginning and was using the story to make us think that his death had less impact on the scum than it actually did.
  4. Well, our good friend Ari is probably lying in my opinion. He is most likely either a scum investigator who William saw investigating someone and leapt to the wrong conclusion, or they are both scum and they're trying to get William into the town block while minimizing the damage from losing one of their own. Either way I'm keeping my vote where it is for now as we essentially have a confirmed scum lynch.
  5. It appears that Glenn has answered my questions without actually acknowledging them () and provided a reason to vote for Ari (namely, he was investigated as scum by an unknown party). Immediately after that a large number of people voted for him with the justification of 'oh yeah, seems legit', a good hiding place for a bandwagon vote or for a scum to vote for their own to deflect suspicion from themselves. There is also the point raised by Nash (that has not been addressed as of my writing this) that the source that Glenn seems to have could not have possibly cleared her. However since I have no reason to be unfair I will point out that Ari has not been particularly trustworthy, on the first day he only spoke up twice, once to say basically nothing and once to vote for Fosstud. And today he began by basically reiterating already-made statements and once people started voting for him his best defense boiled down to 'I'm a townie, you're all scum'. Hardly convincing. All in all I feel that Ari is slightly more suspicious, therefore: Vote: Ari Nougat (Shadows)
  6. This is confusing. Why make a vote you admit is illogical after thinking about it for a long time? And if you have anything to reveal then why wait? Not telling us the reason behind your choices makes you more suspicious.
  7. If there was a recruitment action last night then why assume it failed? It is a possibility that there was a successful recruitment last night that simply wasn't shown. This is, of corse, unlikely. But we should keep the possibility in mind nonetheless.
  8. By that logic I must also be Burpamont as my job is to denounce your 'masterpieces'. This is a ridiculous reason to vote for someone and the fact that it follows another vote for him (one that wasn't for reasons as nonsensical as yours) It is somewhat suspicious.
  9. I find that analogy somewhat disturbing.
  10. To be fair, they were all sub-par to begin with. One that I presume I will be forced to watch and review?
  11. Well, here we are, waiting until someone says something suspicious.
  12. That coffee is mine, thank you very much.
  13. Welcome, I hope you enjoy working with us in this affair of paranoia and murder.
  14. Oh... dear. Quite. Oh good Lord... Look, if I pay you, will you go stand in the corner and not say anything? After getting me a cup of coffee? Strong black coffee with no cream or milk or what have you? Thank you.
  15. Then it was a well-erned one, wouldn't you agree?
  16. I only criticize that which needs criticizing, if that makes it harder for you to get a talentless hack a job then I apologize. ... Are you seriously flirting with a dog?
  17. Greetings, my name is Roger Ebrick, the film critic. You may have heard of me.
  18. "Hear hear."
  19. It's been a while. 1. I've been in three games and that Heroica special event a while back. I tend to die. A lot. 2. Yes, though that may be subject to change. 3. Voice actor for animated films, or a special effects man.
  20. "What, saving lives? Helping people? How can you do that too well? I say if people don't need us that's a good thing, it means there's less wrong with the world."
  21. Throlar wanted to dispute her statements, he wanted to say that she didn't need to attain power to have freedom, but he didn't really believe it himself. So he kept silent, thinking of his own obligations, those to Titaan that he had neglected, those to others that he felt he could never fulfill, and those to his moral code that he would never be able to live up to. Gods, how the elf's words made him feel them, feel them like heavy weights around his neck, strangling him, like great honking albatrosses that would never be silenced or satiated. He suddenly felt a great desire to be free of them, to cast off all ties to the world. But how could he? How can anyone with the slightest thread of compassion do that? Every wrong done to others became an obligation to them to right it, every tear shed was an obligation to bring a smile to that face. All life was an obligation of this kind and true freedom was impossible without cutting off all love and kindness. And that would make whoever did that a monster, unfettered by goodness. Good itself was an obligation, a duty to the world, and to shirk it was selfish cruelty. But he didn't say these things outside his head, he simply kept silent.
  22. "Then as long as you don't start turning evil I see no reason to object. But what prompted this desire in you? As far as I know, the only dragon you've met is Lethauros, and I see no reason why you'd want to emulate him." Throlar leaned away from the new arrival with a look of unease on his face. "Yes well, people like that tend to be a bit... obsessive. For normal people the monk's statements may prove true."
  23. Ah, good to know. Thank you.
  24. Why not ask the buyer which head he wants? In all probability he probably wants the head listed in the catalog.
  25. "I... I can sympathize. I know what it's like to feel inadequate, like you don't have the power to make a difference. I'm constantly surrounded by heroes who are more powerful and better fighters than I am. I've honestly lost count of the times I've been knocked out in combat, and the memories of the people I failed to protect hang upon my soul heavily. But tell me, do you honestly feel that becoming a dragon is the best way for you to help people?" "Well that's depressing." Throlar, having listened to the monk's words, shot a quizzical glance at Annie, as if trying to frame her in his mind as a tyrannical dictator.
