I do not venture into the Action Figure forum section that often but I'm glad I did. All I can say WOW! I had no idea you can make the action figure parts look so... sexy. Those boots and the hair. HOT!

I can't wait to get mine! I know many of you guys say it is not work the price, part selection is not stellar, etc. etc. I do not see that as the meaning of the set. As a Minecraft fan and a player, I really like this set as a collector's item and that it is a cool little desk top accessory. I want to buy this set and add more modules to it, make a small Minecraft world on top of my desk. Thanks for the review!

My ENTIRE Modulex collection. Plus I have vintage sets from the 1970's and some even earlier. Pat Pend Era parts, LEGO Samsonite parts and sets. 1980's sets and figs. etc. etc.

The "LEGO" porcelian that shows up on the web is in no way related to the LEGO company. It is an acronym of LEo GOldman Imports. It pretty much came about in the 1950's so there really was no real copyright issue then, and the name was made on the premise of using the company owners name and not copy the LEGO toy company's name. Hope that is a good history lesson for all of you.

If anyone is still wondering about the taps and the wheels, you can press in the wheel into the old taps with the hole WITHOUT glue. I have done this before on a similar bike that I have built too. Good technique!

Is Cuusoo too easily taken over by Rabid Fandoms?

FYI. Jinx.com is Mojang's/Minecraft's official merchandise web shop. Thats why it is sold on that site, and not just exclusively through LEGO. -
How do you decide what Lego set to buy?
Modulex Guy replied to Omega X's topic in General LEGO Discussion
If I like it, I buy it. Simple as that. or if I need the parts I buy it. You should not have others decide what you buy, just buy what YOU want. -
No, Cola would not work because you are tying to fight chemical oxidation with acidity. you need hydrogen peroxide and an oxy based cleaner to essentially reverse the oxidation process. And to those wondering why some bricks still turn yellow despite not being in sunlight, it is because the ABS plastic mix contains a chemical that is a fire retardant, this chemical has a side effect to cause the bricks to yellow.

I think there should be some ground rules set as to what can be possible and what can be made into a set. There are some fantasy projects on there that I think will never make it into sets due to not being able to get a contract set with the studio or company that makes the theme. Minecraft was a bit different in my opinion. Minecraft (from my experience playing) is a niche game with no major name behind the company, thats why it was approved by Mojang so well. If Minecraft was made by, lets just say Activision for example, I do not think it would have been made into a set. Also, lots of people still play Minecraft and it is growing more popular everyday, I see no problem with LEGO selling this set. I am buying one for sure. Another example I can think about is either MLP or BTTF, I can see those never making it as sets because I do not see a contract with Hasbro (MLP) and Universal Studios (BTTF) possible at all. I really like the idea of Cuusoo, I try to like Cuusoo, but I do not get my hopes up for some of the fantasy projects because they most likely will not get contracts or licenses. -

Oh my... Just saw your user name, Capt. Stabbin ... Where were you on the night Tommy and Susan were out of the house??
-
If you are starting like that, I suggest sorting from the very beginning, or at least when breaking down sets, put plates to one bin, bricks in another, or sort by color, take out specialty pieces, etc. It should save some time in the long run to have a basic pre-sort versus just sorting out of a mixed bucket.
-
As much as i like these to have the plate on the front displaying the bricks in the drawer, for my collection, I would need like 40 of these or more.

Some say.... His plastic is made China.... and that he has a restraining order from the Megablocks factory.. because he threatens to burn it down. ... He's not the Stig, but he is the Stig's LEGO Cousin!.......
