  1. So they look ugly AND work poorly? Great.
  2. Depends on how they're secured. They might be fixed with the 2x2 plate with pin underneath. EDIT: Nope, forget that. Took a closer look at the side view.
  3. It has in the past - quite recently, in fact.
  4. At least 42136 looks good, and features some nice finishes. Here, the detailing in the cab is stacked plates and random-looking System parts (that seat and steering wheel, UGH). It's as if there were some spares from City lying around and the designer was told "use these. You have five minutes". Sure, it can (probably) seat a minifig, but they'd have to awkwardly reach up to the steering wheel. And I'm not going to say anything about the inexplicable tyre selection beyond what's already been said. AT LEAST there's no roof sticker this time.
  5. 8259 looks better and has a B-model, and no ugly red gears, so I see no similarity.
  6. They seriously couldn't think up anything cleverer than "Buggy" for the stickers? We really are looking at Brutalis and En Gyne in the rear-view mirror.
  7. I'm thinking of jumping ship and swimming to Animal Crossing.
  8. Simple. Indicate the drive wheel moving and then the header. Also, WHERE IS THE EFFING TRAILER? Or are TLG expecting us to buy 42136 to provide this 🐕 with one?
  9. That could have been more clearly communicated on the box art. With the knobs it looks like the gears are turned manually.
  10. Those exposed studs in the cab and the rear mudguards look terrible. Did TLG forget that tiles exist? Also, the header isn't powered by the drive? Come on!
  11. The design of the crane is reminiscent of the one in 42038.
  12. The grey wheels and cockpit bubble remind me of another Mars-related set.
  13. Reminds me of a rather specific scene in The Martian.
  14. Nice! Hopefully not the only Deere we'll see today.
  15. I like that TLG is frequently using girls in its advertising now!
  16. The grey tyres actually make me think of Monster Jam sets that could have used different colours; blue for Sudden Impact, for example.
  17. It would look great next to the Volvo ZEUX.
  18. Technically, it's a continuation, given that these are the March (Mars?) sets, and we have yet to see the January sets. But yes, there is indeed some improvement on the last few years.
