  1. Dracaro While working on an experiment to revive ancient dinosaurs, something went wrong. When the scientist woke up, his laboratory had been destroyed, and he couldn't remember where he was...or, who he was. Slowly, his old memories and personality began to fade, until he had fully transformed into the hideous dragon-like hybrid. Now, all he thinks of is hate for all of mankind, who had wiped out dragon-kind, and has allied with Von Nebula, to help destroy the world. Powers and abilities: Dracaro wields a double ended battle-staff, and can breath fire. He is capable of short flights, though his wings are not strong enough for continuous flight. His sharp claws can pierce steel, and he has sharp spines which run down his back. The tail is also an effective weapon. The Build: I only have a few partial Bionicals I had picked up from yard-sales, so, the skeleton of the body is mostly from Makuta?, and I used parts from a (rakishi?) to make his pose-able tail, and add spines to the back. To make it dragon like, I used a bionic arm, and parts from a viking set for the head, and put a runic shield on his chest for decoration. The wings are from the bat-mobile, and a cape from one of the giant knights kingdom figures. Finally, I made a bone necklace to make him look even more evil. (I will add a link here later for more pictures)
  2. Evil Bunny Walker Von Nebula has many strange, and evil pets. The vilest of all, his pet bunny named Scooter. He built the custom vehicle, just for his favorite (EVIL) little pet. Most people are caught of guard by the shear cuteness of the bunny, and are surprised when it starts using the built in laser cannon at them. The vehicle features 4 legs for walking over any terrain, a miniature death-ray, and- a state of the art extra comfy adjustable bunny chair.
  3. so...going through a Muppets phase?

    lol

  4. I like how you made the second wooden floor, by building the wall sideways.
  5. Haha thats what my closet looks like!

  8. A giant lego tricycle! That is cool!
  9. I will re-add this to my signature, when I start updating my site:

    www.alt-tabcomic.com

  10. Im going to start with a webcomic, just to get into the practice of drawing regularly....

  11. I liked that set so much, I bought 2! (should have gone back and grabbed 3....)
  12. I only have a couple of pirate ships, and fortunately My favorite, 6274 Caribbean Clipper is one of them! I added a couple of the new tridents onto mine, near the front where there is this random little round piece sticking out. It helps add some details. I also really like the ships blue sails...(mayhaps because I'm a Bluecoat? ) Maybe if you didnt buy so many toy-story sets.... Just kidding! I really do need to grab one myself...
  13. It would look good with the winter toy shop, and the new holiday set coming out... a real nice winter layout.....
  14. ...I meant working on READING it...(finished watching both versions of the anime, and the movie)

...though, it would be cool to publish my own manga sometime....

  15. I hope they use the Pharaohs staff in the new Egyptian line coming next year.
  16. I would have to agree, that Im not sure what the plot was about... but the animation itself was good.
  17. I bet if they made space ranger pajamas, Okay (not ok-ey) WOULD wear them....
  18. I have actually just started working on the manga for FMA, just finished volume 3. Im halfway through OnePiece, and when I get caught up, I'll start looking at some other anime, maybe check out bleach

  19. I doubt it will ever go to half price... not a set like that.
  20. Wow, thats pretty neat. I love old churches like that.... Overall, very good with the details. The windows and spire are great. My only minor gripe is the statue has black hands/waist...but, its not enough to detract from the model. I like it!
  21. Well Mr Phes, you can rest easy, as I do not foresee myself opening any MISB pirate sets, do to the lack of funds it would require... Much cheaper to simply buy the various ship parts I need off of bricklink or ebay.... However, if I could I probably would...but feel really guilty afterwords.... I do my best to keep my few old pirate ships clean, and dusted. Especially my Caribbean Clipper! ..I dont kiss it goodnight,...literally...but I do lightly blow off all the dust daily, keep it out of direct sunlight, and try to be gentle when I play with it. I am off the opinion that lego should be played with, but gently, and away from small children and dogs. _____________________________ On another side note, if I found any MISB M3@aB|*%s, I would burn them.... I am a Lego purist.
  22. Part of the point of LEGO is to stretch our imaginations, and try new things.... For me, this is an opportunity to try something with all those bins of Bionicals getting dusty in the back of the closet... ..lets try to have fun with this!
  23. Im here to offer you a suggestion:

Organize your desktop, and put a folder with all your shortcuts in it.

    ....

Yes, all the pencils must be strait on my desk!

    _______

(you dont have to take my suggestion, its just...I hate cluttered desktops! :O )

  24. I mostly focus on castle, and pirates. I'm a starwars fan, so I try to get some of my favorite ships and characters from those lines. I also buy random sets, just to get a variety of parts. And I like mini-figures!
  25. On this matter, I currently play the D@D equivalent of the Star Wars Role Playing Game.-To an extent, the Force, and Sorcery DO have ALOT in common. In fact, in multiple places in the games rulebooks, it shows for example, that force users in "primitive" or tribal societies are often considered shamans, or wizards.(ever heard of the Witches of Dathomir?) The Star Wars RPG books are one of the best starwars "encyclopedias" around. ...with that said, I would say that the Force is a more "logical" system of magic...not sure how to explain this, but I prefer it over the traditional medieval sorcery... I dont really care what theme month we have... occasionally having a themed month is great, it allows us all to work on similar types of projects, and for some of us, maybe encourage us to try something we haven't before. Hahahahahaha. If you have some Bionicals, and or a good amount of technic, you could still try.
