  1. Good review and such, but I do have 1 thing to point out. The propellers DO sweep in front of the guns in real life. Early on, there was just a special metal bracket or something on the propeller strong enough it just deflected the bullets . In later planes, they timed the guns to the engine, so you shot between revolutions . EDIT: Here it is: Interrupter gear-wikipedia I just did a quick google search to show you some examples of real planes : (forgive me if the size is off, I didnt check that, it may be scaled on the websites.) ...I do appreciate the review though! And hope this fact doesn't come off in any way rude. Just stating the history folks!
  2. Im sorry, Im not finding any of these sets listed. could you post a direct link? EDIT: eh, never mind... I forgot to scroll back a few pages.... EDIT of EDIT: I just discoved you can strikethrough smileys too! not just text!
  3. Could you add some more pictures? Like maybe a closeup of the Tall building in the corner? and if it has an interior. Once it goes on display, you should add a pic of it in the window too! (very good MOC by the way)
  4. That has to be the tiniest model of a model boat...
  5. Thanks for stopping by CommanderFox. Dont worry, more and better stuff is yet to come. I am going to try to have my next project ready by June...

  6. Have a ratty thanksgiving! ;)

  7. @cralegoboy-

    whats a "hammer"?

...in my country those dont taste good. :/

  8. That is a neat way you made the candles with light sabers. My family has this weird tradition of starting with only a few pieces of corn each year. The first winter was very harsh and many pilgrims died of cold and starvation. They only had a few pieces of corn each at one time. I am thankful for many things, my family, legos, my new car, lego, Shigeru Miyamoto, lego, my new laptop, lego.... did I forget anything?
  9. Its a good way to help us visualize who you are, in a place with several thousand active members....

  10. YOU NEED GET SIG-FIG!

    :P

  11. HEY!!! We should start a Boise based lego club!!!

  12. Hey look, its Skalldyr! He is a great compliment to any Thanksgiving table! I like how you did the cornfield. EDIT: - Look at the end of the cornfield! something is missing!
  13. er, how long is it from Idaho? (USA) Actually, how much do you think it would cost, for tickets, hotels and such from another country?
  14. I too agree about the colors...(my poor eyes) That was creative, having the floor being re-tiled. Also, why does the Sith always pick red?
  15. Well somebody has to restock the Jedi temples refrigerator.... haha. neat.
  16. heh, this is a funny entry.
  17. True, a tricked out tie would have been a good idea, but still a funny idea. Vader the victim of a reality tv show.
  18. (Thanks for the review and all the pics) I may get this one for parts if I have extra money. I think the dirt-bike set is a much better buy though.
  19. I think its safe to say you all know where I stand. <-----as of this post I have not changed out of my HALLOWEEN avatar. (a cheap Chinese plastic redcoat, with a magnifying glass to use on Lego...what could be scarier I ask?) ...and now that Im getting new camera equipment, and had some practice from this year, I am eagerly awaiting ToR III*. (no seriously, as soon as a date is set Ill be starting a countdown and everything....) *assuming the redcoats aren't too scared to come out and play
  20. Haha, then Ill have to make a Don Quixote MOC.
  21. wooo!!! You do comics too!! (wish I had seen these sooner)

  22. I want that "bird" on my table! ...*sneaks off with Lego turkey*...
