Nice review! I didn't know that those 2x3 windows existed! And that those new orange life jacket which can be found in fire sets are not new pieces! Your set is in excellent condition! It looks new, just with few dust ;-) It's a very little nice locomotive. I like to see Eurobrickers making reveiw with the sets they like a lot...

Nice! Maybe, two 1x8 brown bricks will "close" the shipwreck, curving the boat and breaking the "two parts" aspect. It makes me want to have one more. Bad idea this topic Yoda! :-D

I've got the same feeling... Maybe on the box art the yellow is not so yellow... I think that the minisub in the aquabase is better, with a more diving touch.

Do you want some different shades? Just put some pieces under sunshines and wait... Personnaly, I really dislike those different shades. Like some others said, TLC has always give us some really hight quality product. So I don't want that to change. I like my uniform coloured walls, it's a part of the LEGO appeal, like the yellow minifigs, and other "problems of scale like the cars just for one minifig". Maybe TLC try to cut some cost here, but prices of the sets are the same than before, and even a little more expensive. So it's not acceptable.

I don't think that the mini sub is a real set, contrary to the others mini sets (tractor, plaine, lion) because: first, the mini sub is a picture, and not a 3D pics, like the others and second, the mini sub has a black tool which comes from the 6 tools "wheeled". And I don't think that TLC will use just one of those tools. This is just my opinion...

Thanks for your review Dunamis! The problem of colors is really disapointing, I agree. Like those circle in the glass-windows, so sad! I can't wait to have it! I know that the postman will come during the week. But I work, so I will wait until the next saturday for keeping my set in my local poste office. It will be hard to wait in such conditions... I think that TLC have made a really great work with this set (expect from the quality aspect). In fact, it appeals to a lot of non city-afols! It's the first time that I see so many pirate and star wars afol in a city topic :-D So welcome to the best section of Eurobricks!

Finaly I've got all the AR sets. And I was a little disapointed by the lobster and the crab, not so handy. The blue fish is better than expected, like the shark. I really like how we can move its tail, it gots real articulations. And the best animal is definitively the giant squid! It's sooo nice! *wub* I like how you can play with its tentacles! And the grow in the dark pieces, well integrated. And its eyes, so scary! And... I really find it so nice and play with it a lot, finding some nice positions. In the light and in the dark, like a child (I've got a piece of boy who stay with me). It has got a really alivce feeling, with a touch of fear, like a big deapsee creature can have. The only complain, it's that the squid is in the bigger, so the more expansive set...

I voted for construction, because I like the fact that you use some construction vehicules and cranes, which are built in LEGO, to build somethings in LEGO :-D . Seriously, even if I like City in general, I chose construction because it's my working world. Yes, it would bo a good idea, just hope not having the same price (my poor wallet is crying now...)

Hello Uli! It's always nice to hear, or read, some coments from afol city. A 10 year project is very long. But after Those 10 years, your town is finished. So the question is: do you plan to modify it (some minor modification, big rebuild,...) ? :-D Personnaly, my town is never completed.
