One thing that I don't like with the new squeletons are the arms: we see thay don't look like suqeleton arms but they are too long, giving the squeletons a strange look... Don't you think so?

Personnaly, if it's a real set, I'm a bit disapointed with a Sandy set. I wanted a big tree and not her rocket (that Bob and Patric used. They didn't go to space like they thought and they caught all the Bikini Bottom's inhabitants in net. That is for the story, an episod from the third season) Just hope to have more SB funny set!

Yes I understand and I agree with you. But it's not a matter for me, on the contrary: I will "distribute" all those technical parts in different houses and make this one more classic. So with one set, I will have 2-3 good houses in my own scale :-) ! And what is it between the two black wip? We really need better pics...

We know that in France, this is why we don't win, we do everything to not win :-D !

Classic Pippin Reed for me. It's the more female looking head. The new CP head looks too "young". I dislike the Jing Lee and the Alexis Sinister head. For this last one, having a badgirl is a good idea but the head is too male. I don't like so much the black around the lips... Good poll idea Athos!

Maybe yes. Because I don't see why TLC has this particular head in stock with all the kind of heads that they had printed... But the mime guy is a good idea. Just wait and see the review from Yoda for knowing more about...

Thanks for the review! The more I see those new castle sets, the more I want them... Maybe I will try to collect them all. After Vikings and aquaraiders, the new castle sets seem to be a good way for me for seeing something else than city. The only "problem" is that this line seems to have a futur (contary to vikings and aquaraiders), so it will be a longer-term investment... TLC has and will kill a lot of wallets this year...

Have you got the time to sleep? I meen between building all your new sets, taking pics and making a review for us (thanks). And you will check the mystery of the maybe-new-minifig-face?! With all the minifigs you seem to have? I'm tired for you :-D Just hope that I'm right >:-)
-
So that meens that the eiffel tower will have some minifigs... It would have been logical that those mime are a French exclusiveness...

What are the pieces that are used on the side of the car and which are able to swivel? Are they doors? Oh yes I remember now, TLC uses them in their old sets! What a *wacko* I am! Seriously, this black car is nice. I like the idea of having a set just with a civilian car, an idea that TLC has forgotten... And the micro convertible, so funny! TLC has invented the Smart car some years before Swatch and Mercedes, so strong! :-D Nice first review Widdi!

Thanks Yoda for sharing this set with us too! This set is really nice! I'm like Holodoc, the think I like is not a special parts, but all the small details that you have here and here, like the road sign, a bin, some accesories,... The truck has the same effect on me like the blue one in the RC cargo train. I know that I will be able to buy this set just for it :-D ! But all the set is good, so no matter! Maybe in fact the boat is too long, with just few containers. But maybee we will have additional sets will new containers like the green trcuk. Just hope... Iwill have good dreams this night X-D

Are you sure? It's the first time that I see this face. It looks like the new classical smiley but the smile is different, whith an open mouth so we see the teeth... Maybe I'm wrong... Btw, good review and thanks to share this new set with us. Now I will read the port review...
-
Yes we need more informations, like if they are a limit of size (4, 6-wide)... I will try to be a contestor...
-
Yes I know, and I really find this fun :-D And for the Eiffel tower, yes I'm so excited... Just let me know for your next review!
-
Yes, congratulations for all the participants, for the 3 Winners and for Brickster for this poll. And thanks for this Honorable Mention :'-) Thanks Yoda! I know that one day I will be a winner, no, THE WINNER bwaaaahahahah >:-) Always happy to be a contestor... Poll on!

Don't become a SW afol. There are some rumours that they do some horrible things with our so lovely bricks... *yoda* *vader* *wacko* ... Seriously, I don't think that to make bigger everyting is a good way (6-wide cars, 8-wide trucks, 48x48 roadplates,...) because you will need more space, not for your whole layout, but just for 2 houses... *wacko* Personnaly, I prefer to have smaller things and more of them. And I'm with you Phoinix, please, no new roadplates :'-( ... And thanks for the links Legomilk. I can't wait...

I'm not in the EF theme, but I read your review because I like how you review sets *y* : poor Gavin, humor and the few french words... :-D

Thanks a lot for your feedback! This Caf

So here my small caf

I think you're right... But I need bigger pics to have a better opinion. I find this set not as beautifull as the CC, it appears not as statutory...
-
Sorry but it doesn't... Totally... It's hard to have a unity in scale between the old sets and the new ones... Since this year, this scale "problem" was not a real one, but in 2007, with all those sets and particulary with CC, the scale is one of my big preocupation. Maybe I will become a castle fan, so no matter.. :-D
-
Oups, sorry! I know that is you Brickster. But with the similar name and some tire, my fingers didn't type on the good keys of my keyboard. Please :'-( , don't *skull* ... ;-)
-
Me too, I prefer the older scale. But I will buy all the new city sets, cause I don't want to miss them and regret that afterwards. To scale the new sets down is a good LEGO work, I like it! :-D
