  1. I'm wating for some goods things so. Some new track geometries sound very promising! BM, if TLC will make some inclined tracks, the motor has to be very powerfull to cary on some wagons. But it can be very funny and can add some relief to a layout. I just hope that this new system will be well done, so TLC will not give us another new system in the next 2 years...
  2. Well, with all those new pics, I have the confirmation on which sets I will buy, or I will not! I don't want the police line, exept the helicopter (just for the new handcuff). I have considered to buy the police station just for the garage doors, but it seems very expensive just for them... I will just buy the post sets and the cargo truck. Just hope that the coast gards will be better...
  3. Congrats to the winner!
  4. Well, I don't like that much the look of those preliminary sets. In particular the way the vegetation looks like. Maybe it's time for TLC to make some specific pieces to build nice trees...
  5. Those two minifigs that Sandy and the driver are, are very good! I'm so happy to see more SB set, as a fan of the show! And the fact that the hands of the driver are not the same color than the head is not as strange. Just watch the show, the fish's finshave not the same color than the body, they are just in a color "above". So lemon green and yellow work well for me.
  6. Thanks UniqueBuilder for this daily review! It reminds me of the last year, when I've done the same thing with the '06 calendar. It seems so far away now... I was so exited to open the boxes and take pics for the forum! What a great moment it was! Anyway! I didn't buy this calendar, and I wait to see all your pics to decide if I will buy it or not... Because it doesn't sound as good as the '06...
  7. Your milk truck looks very nice too! Great job! And the 5-wide proportion is very well used! The milk truck with a "milk boy" has always make me smile! When I was younger, I found the fact that someone brings us your milk at your door very stange... What a strange idea! Someone can come and steal your milk!
  8. Ok, so I'm waiting for my first SW LEGO set, and from you! :-D
  9. I voted fot Vader. But making a choice was very hard... I really like the hewkii9's entry... But we have just one vote! All the contstants have made a very good work!
  10. Thanks Hinckley for the review! What a very nice little set! For sure it will be mine! All those new elements are very great! And the new window intrigues me too... Just wait and see... I just hope that I will not find all the sets of this line as good as this one! I don't want to buy them all! :-D
  11. Thanks THE-FORCE for your review. Well, I'm not that happy with this police station... I don't know how to describe it, but it doesn't look that great to me. I mean, we have nice details, some nice playabilities, but the overal design lakes some coherence... True, it's better than the 2005 version, but I've got the same impression, like it's made by just putting big pieces together, the design is not as good as the firestation, which looks more finished... And those touches of yellow and blue everywhere, na, that's not so great... I don't know if I will buy it. If I do, it will be only for the garage doors.
  12. Your moc is really nice, it just lake a small thing, the noise of the engine! Very well done with nice details! *y*
  13. Happy Bday to you two!
  14. Just with few lights in the dark, and a layout has a totally different feeling! The atmosphere is so diferent! It brings a magic touch, which goes with this chistmas time coming...
  15. I voted for LuxorV. It was the only idea that I had for this contest, and you've done it before me! So I did'nt entered... (ok, it's not an excuse :-$ ). And you've done it nicely! What a tiny small dog! And I voted for Vader. His monster is so nice *wub* ! I really like to have this head piece! Good work! *y*
  16. Nice vehicle Sinner! The second verion of the back is better. And for the front, personnaly, I prefer the vresion with the circle, it gives it a more train feeling, dunno why... And this with considering it like a mercedes logo. It's so sad tha TLC doesn't bring us some extra train set like your truck, and other things like a washing station for wagons, small docks,... like they done in the past, but with actual design... Great moc!
  17. Well, I'm like Argotic, I think that new copter looks better than the 7903. The design is more fluid, even if the general look is more blocky. I mean, in the ambulance helicpoter, it seems that the designers puts all the "curved" pieces that they had in stock. This design lakes some coherence. And the proportions are not so good, with too big tailwings... The new one looks more realistic in its design... And the raft is so nice! And the shark! Great! All those pirates molds that came back to a second life... (after the castle ship and its skeleton captain...)
  18. I'm ready for this contest! Art Nouveau is mine: I've build a house in this style this afternoon. And I have to say that I'm very happy with it, the result is great for a firts try! It's the first time that I have this feeling of having done a nice building in one time, and not making multi-versions...
  19. Castle princess for me! What a beautiful minifig *wub*
  20. A big pic of your station will be helpfull to see the details...
  21. :-D That makes me laught! The "castle" in the corner is the second Hogwart castle with just few modifications, and the castley building in the middle is inspired by a real medieval building in my town! :-P Anyway, thanks for you comment and good luck for all your projects!
  22. I've got the same problem! Firsty, I didn't notice that the antenna has to be silver... I discovered the true when I was to Legoland : the Eiffel tower was built with the right antenna. I asked Yoda if his Eiffel Tower came with this silevr or bley antenna, and he told me that it was silver. So I call LEGO and I received a silver antenna with a free Scarecrow keychaine!
  23. Nice that you like my pics! Another small story : when I was at school, preparing my entry to a school of engineer, I realised that if I had to go away for my studies, in another town far from home, I didn't know my own city! In fact, you never really take the time to discover your environnement, walking down the street, looking at houses... So, with a friend, we decided to play Japanese, with our cameras (what a clich
  24. And not a very good one IMO... A cypress will be so much better... One day, I will have one *wub*
